Stop pretending that you're interested in what is or is not fair.  All you care about is whether or not someone agrees or disagrees with your actions.

The real question is, why did Theymos feel it was necessary to have me excluded even though I am already removed from the default trust list? Why is it necessary for these exclusions to cascade down the default trust tree instead of just removing me from Theymos's personal trust? If the trust is not moderated, then why is the ADMIN of the site punishing me with an exclusion for a trust rating as some one not on the default trust any longer?

On the forum, Theymos is the admin, he is not just some guy like the rest of us some times when convenient, and the admin when appropriate. Even as just another user he still carries the authority of admin of the site. Why did he feel it was necessary to use all of this force against me personally over a SINGLE trust rating? This is not something he does often.

After Flying Hellfish very embarrassingly was caught moving posts around into unrelated sections to cause drama and being caught censoring OGNasty, I was explicitly directed by Theymos to make a post about any future complaints I have in Meta. This thread is exactly what I meant when I said "This environment is not really conductive to making public complaints.", and why my thread is locked.

Tecshare's thread is locked because he doesn't want someone to come there to defend themselves and to say that something in there is not true, and/or he doesn't want someone to agree that posts which are removed are off topic or whatever was the reason of removal.

This topic serves as a proof of that.

He is upset because his report remains Unhandled after 3 days.

I have a suggestion for him: open a moderated thread, that way you can delete any reply you deem to be off-topic as soon as you want it gone.

So is that post off topic or not? Seems like it is. If it is then off topic reports are being selectively enforced as I stated. I am not you and TwittySeal, all my OPs in Politics & Society remain open to free discussion, unlike his, where he regularly removes substantive on topic posts simply because he disagrees with them, as you do Nutilduhhhh.

This is the game FlyingHellfish plays. I make a post about him ignoring reports, he waits days or weeks, does nothing, or marks it as bad. If he gets called out he can just act after the fact and pretend like he was going to get around to it. Meanwhile he always seems to find the time to nearly instantaneously respond to any reports on posts I make. All one big coincidence I am sure. You and Twittyseal are both free to post in my OPs as much as you like, you are not free to ignore the forum rules and post off topic any more than I am. If I am going to have rules enforced upon me I also expect to have the protection of those same rules. Currently I do not.

The issue itself is Meta, even if TS's replies are Reputation -- not much I can do about that.

It seems rather obviously focused on me, as Vod suggested. Of course as usual you want to enforce the rules to the letter for everyone else but be able to bend and break them yourself.
