OP, I don't know how you ended up on DT (other than it's a rotating system now), but if you think this guy is still the shady person who tried to blackmail and impersonate you, don't hesitate to leave him a negative. That's what the power of being on DT is all about.

Well to voice the other side of this.
One big proponent of the changes in feedback and the DT system in general was forgiveness. The "punishment" really should have been picked up by DT, but looking at he OP, I can't see what exactly transpired. It was almost 1.5 years ago, and based on this
After long conversation (we talked about a hour) he showed himself as a person who can apologize and be calm and respectful. I don't want to use DT power to punish people for no reason, I still think that his behavior was amoral and he deserved his negative trust, but almost 2 years passed I want to believe that he may change.

Do you think they have changed based on the conversation? I'm leading to yes as you said you changed your feedback already. If you don't think they have changed I would have left my feedback.

I rejected his video from bounty, he started to insult me, blackmail, accuse in scam, pmed the project team and created fake article using my personality saying that the project is scam.
Seems like he was really a complete moron, but at the recent conversation he behaved different, maybe, as
nutildah said, someone bought this account and trying to clean it from negative. His original Telegram is @TigerDD, our last conversation happened with @Tigerheart, but this is most likely because I banned his first Telegram years ago, not because he is other person, but who knows.

I'm not sure what to do with him, because the original behavior really deserves negative feedback, but a year and a half later, I don't give a damn about his insults, much less his threats. After considering all the fact, I think that I will leave him neutral trust, as a manager I am checking all the trust feedbacks of my participants, so I hope that other managers are doing the same.
New Feedback: Original feedback given on 2019-08-08, changed after apology on 2021-14-01.
