Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

You should consider selling on CoinMall instead of Bitify. Our Escrow system consists of trusted users within the BitcoinTalk community, including the likes of Minerjones, Dabs and others.

Here's a thread of our Escrow members: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5098289
Here's our announcement thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5140007.0

Let me know if I can help you with the migration. To make it easier, you can export your Bitify listings to CoinMall within a matter of minutes with our listing import tool found here: https://www.coinmall.com/home/thirdparty-stores

Is there no slightest chance your buyer is playing something here? Looks like somehow the buyer need to trigger the release money thing so they can send the money to you. Have you tried the escrow release request procedure?

Quote
If you believe the buyer has received the item and you need bitify to release your escrow, please submit an escrow release request. Escrow release requests must meet the following conditions:

Sale must be older than 4 business days
Provide proof that you’ve shipped the item (tracking number/URL)
Item is physical item
If your item is digital, we would only be able to release escrow two weeks after the purchase date.
bitify will only release escrow as they see fit. We may reject the escrow release request if we believe that the item or the seller may be high risk.

Resolve this problem with buyer

So what was the problem and how was the solution? I expect the reason that the buyer did not release escrow so S/He did not send you the money and then it was damaged to wait for about two weeks.
Generally, as long as the problem is solved, I hope that you can edit Subject to "Resolve this problem with buyer."
I used this platform for a while and they are doing a good job.

I'm not really sure your previous issue was bitify's fault - but more like someone taking advantage of their platform and then them having sub-par customer service, so you being forced to wait an extra day or 2 to resolve your issue.

I doubt it was an issue with the platform not releasing funds - I've used bitify and my funds have always been released as soon as the trade was finalized.

Just out of curiosity's sake, how was the issue resolved? I am leaning towards the buyer manipulating some sort of system and forcing an early release of funds, but this could be Bitify's fault and I could be mistaken.
