The correct rate should be 1 bonus coin(yellow) = 0.001 real coin(green) as if there is no typo on the exchange rate then 1000 bonus coins should be equal to 1000 real coins.

If you say that 0.00000001000 = 0.00000001 is the same as 1000 = 1 then I dont even understand with the formula you use. It seems that you have different understanding about decimal number with me.
