No patience is not the key if you do now know what you are doing. There is no key or no rewards if you hold your shit coin at bear market with patiently.
Patience is only key if you know what you are doing. If you made your own research and invest on a project, not on a shit coin. Patience is the key if you did not buy the coin from top. Patience is the key if BTC not crushing the all market.
If you think that your patience is tested and you wait patiently for win the game, you will probably lose everything while waiting if you do not know what you are doing.

I would suggest that you should have some price levels adjusted before you enter the market. And you shouldn't change these levels because of the market conditions and news. Sell when you planned to sell before buying.

I personally develop in trading, I determined for myself in which direction I will move in this industry. Of course, like many I entered in 17, but I bought bitcoin not for 20k, but for 6k and still I didn’t have the courage (or the mind) to close my purchase at the peak of the price, so Iwait and believe to bullran.

Its seems we are just running around in circles, history will repeat itself and the next altcoin season many new investors will pour money into crypto again, im expecting this after bitcoin halving in 2020, my advice is do not hold shitcoins, the consequence of holding shitcoins will be bad in the next altcoin season

I do not understand why the current altcoin market conditions are very difficult to grow and most products do not have high prices when entering the stock market. There isn't much I can do except be patient and try to find the best way to buy coins with careful calculations. I am still very dependent on the Bounty project to survive.

Some people mix the strategy “being patience” and “not using stop loss”
Patience is good at bull market. At bull market you can jump on a coin from top and that it can go accumulation period. And after accumulation it will increase the TOP.
If you be not patient and sell your coin at accumulation stage you will start to say “I sold Coin pumped”. If you hold the coin and waiting accumulation completed you can sell the coin in profit.
But, If we are in a bear market, and if you think “patience is the key” you can lose all your fund slowly. At bear market using Stop Loss is necessary for reducing the risks.

1)From beginning of 2017 to middle Q1 of 2018

Your patience is useless unless you have the skill that matches it, many think that the only thing that you need to do in order to be profitable is to hold your coins and wait for the market to grow and that is not true, you need to know when to get in and out of the market and for that you need skill and if you do not have that skill then it is going to be impossible for you or for anyone else to make profits in the market of cryptocurrencies.

Patience is the key on this bearish and highly volatile market of cryptocurrency but your decision-making will play a big role although I made a panic selling in the past but I've learned my lesson with the help of this forum and some advice from my friends who have been involve in crypto-sphere for a long time. Now I have some strategy that I bet some of us used too so whenever I feel that the market is falling down I immediately convert the coin I hold into Tether then before it recovers I buyback them or invest on other coin that gets my interest.

Firstly, after buying a coin, i setup a stop loss as a precaution 4% below the price, but if I forgot to set up a stop loss and the coin fell too low, I never panic. If I think the decline is temporary and the price will rise again soon, I buy more at low prices, If I think otherwise, I sell the coin and wait patiently until it reaches the next support level. I buy again when the support level. if it break that support level down, I sell again and wait patiently for the next support level. This is exactly the way my trading strategy is in the bear season.

For me personally, it depends on the coins that I hold, if based on what I observe the coins will be difficult to recover and increase, then I will choose to sell them and hold other coins that I think can still recover. And the thing that I do when the market is red, maybe I only trade a small amount.

If you are in this kind of platform expect that your patience will be tested especially in trading and investing. In crypto market that all are volatile you need a lot of patience because if you not hold your emotions it will bring you to not good situation and bad decisions. So be calm and stay away for a while if you see the market is bearish.

At the time like this we are being tested. As a trader at time like this we are bring tested if we will still trade although the market is down and are we really willing to risk our money on the situation like this?
For me being a real trader is actually will risk on the situation like this because their techniques on how they will earn on the current situation of the market is being tested. As we go to the flow of the market we must be able to know what a real trader will do.
