 Idena is a novel way to create anonymous identity on the blockchain. It does not collect or store personally identifiable information. Idena proves the humanness and uniqueness of its participants by running an AI-hard Turing test at the same time for everyone around the globe.
The Idena blockchain is driven by proof-of-identity consensus: Every node is linked to one single person with equal voting power.
 Anonymous unique identityWe believe that a digital identity is the building block of the decentralized future. Such an identity can be constructed to be anonymous, self-managed, and valid globally, no matter where the person lives. No trusted authorities are needed to achieve this. All we need to know about the identity is that there is a single living person to whom that identity belongs. We call it Idena.One person - one voteA peer-to-peer web without servers and censors would empower people, not wealth or authority, and give them control over sharing information and value. No personal data should be required to access a service, send a message, or buy a coffee in a decentralized world.Universal basic incomeBlockchain mining must be democratic: The blockchain node should be light enough to run on an average computer or laptop. In Idena all participants are empowered to maintain the network. Participation in Idena is rewarded in a form of a UBI.Freedom of speechEvery voice has a right to be heard. Spreading information should be seamless, and publications should be censorship-resistant.Scalability, decentralization, securityWe believe that a scalable blockchain can be built without compromising its safety. It works based on sovereign identity, so signing a multiple variety of keys much like PGP. It is not centralized so it is not controlled by a third party, signings only occuring as block stamp timings on the.network. Which is decentralized in nature meaning that one person does not get to touch private keys or otherwise or handle any of your data. This also means you can stop your data being spread at any point if you are dealing with larger networks or affiliates of said network. |

Yes, generally the project is designed to stop data leakage from a personal standpoint and use end to end cryptography to enfore user distinctions. Also the style of the thread has been updated. |

Hi, I find your project very interesting and I would like to become part of it setting up a Node.
The problem is that I don't (and will not) have Telegram, so how can I request for invitation if not on T?
I also would like to ask if a node can be run on Tor network (onion address)
