I don't get the whole payment request thing. Is there a better video explaining the details of how this happens? I see that Bisq also has requirement for non dev works, how is something like that going to get approved and paid for? Please let me know.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNvOZlIDYEQ&list=PLFH5SztL5cYPAXWFz-IMB4dBZ0MEZEG_eI can talk about my experience, have done some French translation for Bisq. The French translation was a task to be done required by translators team, so i completed translation on Transiflex software, then I informed others than the work was done and most of the time, translators works in team of two ppl, the others assist in reviewing the others guys works.
Once that is done, you create a compensation request on github asking for a certain amount of BSQ token ( you have to evaluate the price yourself or with information from previous works), once the compensation request is created, I submit it in the Bisq software in DAO area. Then ppl check my request, control my work thanks to screenshot, and vote if they agree or NOT to validate the compensation request. If it's positive, I receive BSQ token in my wallet, then I sell them on the market for BTC and cash out.
Some tasks are already required on Github (for example for Devs), but If you are a Marketing guy, you can come on Slack, chanel #marketing, then ask if there is a need for a specific video on a certain topic, then if there is a need, others users will tell you to go for it, giving a kind of a green light for you to start your work, and that way you are sure that you are going to get a compensation for it.
