OK, then it is a closed DLT. How is the miner in the scooter inserted? Or is it in APP for mobile device instead? There isn't an executable file for PC, right?

if you don't like it you can monitor the progress of the Hawk Network project, is the product of this project really happening or just a mere story, I see partners of this project are quite well-known, many of which can be utilized by the Hawk Network project
