Some people are losing faith, because several years have passed science the last big market movement. Right now it is almost impossible for an ICO to collect funds, because people are scared of losing their money.

A lot of investors do really lose their trust in new projects nowadays due to scams and fraud, that is why altcoins are still having some troubles from increasing it's price because people had become scared from risking their money for investment. But for sure, the market would gain back it's movement in the near future because there are a lot of great upcoming projects from IEO that makes a lot of bounty hunters and investors to participate again.

as time goes by and the start of the development of scammers, then every project will think about how to avoid it, like what used to be crowded was ICO and now IEO, who knows if there will be a new system.

it is not cool at all. holding without planning to sell is just wasting your time, you will be late to sell your coin.

Hodling your cryptocurrencies in your portfolio without a plan means you also going to face your future ahead without any profits too, you're running blind and you're just relying on your sense of smell alone, that is not good, however, we can't blame those type of hodlers because they don't have any choice at all, rather than doing panic selling, I guess this is a lot better (depends on the tokens they hodl) for them to have chances to create new opportunities to gain profits when the bull hits the market again.

The first time i decided to invest in crypto was after the last bullrun of 2017 and i knew that 2017 was a big chance and i missed it since i never entered this space very earlier before the bullrun so after bear market takes over what comes straight to my mind was 'its never going to be easy to see a big change in market movement  like 2017'and since then i just keep my head up and find other means of living yet i cant do without investing in coins and tokens,the next altcoin season might not come anytime sooner but only those who are in hurry will be in pain,its never going to be that easy.

well it is not really easy for altcoin investor but if you really think the coin has a lot of potential
holding it for 2 years or for a few more years might be the best decision you make in your life

Im not sure if bitcoin pump will make others altcoins will going to pump as well. Investors nowaday know what is good for them to invest..Altcoins for me is more high risk from bitcoin itself. But who know when the altcoins train will going to show up.Still waiting for it also.

There's a need of good assessment before you decide whether to invest with alts or continue to focus with bitcoin since the market still uncertain.
There's a big risk if you failed to make a proper analysis, the market can go down and trapped you out for much longer time, it's better to invest
with bitcoin or those high volume coins which still moving so you can performed scalp trading.
