Financial Literacy is like Expanded Financial Management because in Financial Literacy, you are not just going to manage your funds, you will also need to know where money is coming from and what are the tools that you can use to grow your money with you.

And financial literacy or management wouldn't make a difference here unless you already have a prior experience of this kind (read, you have already lost some monies in the past and learned your lesson hard, which is the real literacy in these matters)

For me the true winners in gambling are those who are not addicted to gambling, those people who have strong self control that they know when to stop and when to move on. Gambling can give us big money but it is very risky, and if you don't have self control then gambling will consume you and will only result to big big losses.

If you win and are obligated to follow some financial expert's advice on how to spend your money, technically, it won't be your money at all. There are no secret but caution, I only think gamble should be carefully managed to prevent fatal loss, dont ever borrow to gamble and not at the expense of your business and family.
