There must be a reason behind Xabi's approach to the squad he's fielded. He relies on young players, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have the skills to fit into his game plan, especially if the player isn't considered fully fit to receive a chance.

I think it time we start talking about the medical team of both clubs, they need to start doing better, they need to tell the coaches how to manage these players. When you check how both clubs operate you will see that the work load is too much, some of these players rarely had rest. They need to start telling the management to talk to Figa about these rate if matches been played or the clubs should get as much players as possible.

We have see a few players come out on press or social media about the amount of games players every year, it getting too much and something needs to b en done.

Perhaps the reason Xabi Alonso isn't particularly interested in Endrick is because his statistics from last season were quite mediocre. But because he's still young, at 19, I think he still has plenty of opportunities. Although it seems he hasn't had a chance at Real Madrid this season, I'm sure he will eventually. So far, Endrick has only contributed 7 goals for Real Madrid in a total of 37 matches. I don't like the way we push fingers at Xabi Alonso. Every team that you can think of, only the manager doesn't have a say in the final start of the players, there are caucus within that makes impact on the selection of players. Endrick was signed 1 year before Anceloti left that means he played a full season before he left and he didn't used him that much, but I think everyone forgot how he was allowed to play small time due to his first time in the club.

At the moment, no player has emerged as a replacement for Mbappe at Real Madrid. There is a lack of top players to replace him because most of the attacking players are not in good form. Rodrygo performance has been very poor since last season but Alonso has used him in 6 matches this season but he has not contributed to the team.

Bellingham has played in 4 matches due to his poor form but he has not scored a goal either. The position that players want to play should be their choice but if they are not in their best form then they cannot perform properly in the position they are given. I think Xabi should try to get the best out of Bellingham and he has the ability to play at his best.
