I would not say he is not good enough. Maybe he just isn't as good and as trained as the other players, or maybe there isn't a reason to try him when everything is going well. It's like putting the top 10 players in the world in the same team and then the top 8 is a master class player but there are already 7 options that are even 1% better so they will be used over him.

Yes, since this season started, I don't think Endrick has ever played for Real Madrid. This is probably due to a hamstring injury he suffered and only recovered last month.
