Benzema on the other side is also a good striker and won't be happy that Lewandoski just came in and took the highest goal scorer this season and I believe that he will want to work hard next season to see that he puts Lewandoski behind him. What I see between this two players is that they are both smart and fast to score as long as they are well positioned but what differ in their number goals,is how often many players depend on you as the one to score their goals. If you are seen as that,most assist will been given to you by other players to score more goals.
