I don't think Madrid will do that. if they have found a replacement for Benzema up front. or at least a young player to fill Benzema's position with the complement of Rodrygo and Vinicius, then Benzema will not get a contract for even 1 this season.
I also agree that Benzema still can play at the European level. even with stamina decreasing with age. but Madrid will not do that by keeping Benzema on the bench all season.

I agree with you but at the end of the day, Benzema is a player who may will not appear regularly next season if he can't stay fit and stay fit from injury. Real Madrid have lost Benzema in a number of league match this season and that has affected the team's form, and if Benzema does go then I hope Ancelotti can find a replacement as soon as possible.

So I am not entirely sure UCL makes them all that powerful, they may aim at hit place at groups just to get back here again, they are that much in love with this cup and they may actually care about it like that.

I know that plenty of people are looking at Sevilla and see a team that achieved something good, but I look at them and see a team that did what they aimed at doing all along. They wanted to be here and they wanted to win this, they always aim at this cup, won like 5 times in the past 10 years or something, so it is really not as big of an achievement as it would be for other teams.

After they had a bad start to the season in the Champions League and La Liga of course their decision to focus on the Europa League was very right although I wasn't too sure about this before but the fact now they have gotten past that and are back in the Champions League is one of the things that worthy of praise.
Now with their current condition allowing them to rearrange their plans for next season what it should be like lest something like this season happen again especially for their poor start to the season they should try to seal that off.
