Some of Madrid players have their origin in another country and I don't think there's any fifa rule that permits a player of a different nationality to play in the team of another national team like club football, the exception may be if such persons becomes a citizen by birth or naturalization and is not going to play for their country of origin but for their new country alone, this could be the explanation to why most Madrid players are not in the Spanish national team.
