The results we are seeing with Flick so far is enough to say he's been doing a good job with Barcelona and every bit of it is ofcourse commendable because the obvious is that they are making progress and will very likely do even better than they have all the seasons ago but I will make this feel like a discredit to what xavi did throughout his stay because he had a critical situation and he managed it well enough that the decline with the team wasn't that terrible enough and so I just say it's been a summation of progression and if Barcelona should keep up with this consistently, not long enough and Madrid will not be a threat anymore.
