I concur with your words that, there is no room for many things to happen to a team's progress in the league table. Barcelona and Bilbao topping Real Madrid with a few points, there's still room for changes to happen in the team formation that could destabilize the team's winning possession to be low, allowing their title challenger to later top them with many points.
