I double doubt Dembele leaving would affect the team negatively, he'll sure be missed no arguments on that but he wasn't part of many games last season as he was Injured for a long period of time.
During big games when creative players like Dembele is required he would be absent. Also, Dembele moving forward would be enough chance for them to sign Joao Felix from Athletico Madrid even though he's brought in on a short term loan deal.

Enrique is a coach that keeps possession and plays faster and tick taka kind of plays. I can remember all he did with Barcelona winning the treble that year with special players like  Lionel Messi, Andreas Inesta, Neymar Junior and also Luis Suarez.

I think Barcelona will feel regret soon after losing this player because finding another player at this level for Barcelona with the time they have is not easy at all and they should hire a player as fast as they can to fill his place. I think considering that Arda Guler was too happy to join Real Madrid that he gets too excited in every training session and that is normal. But before that he must be able to train his muscles first with Pintus so he can avoid being prone to injury.

Meanwhile, another Real Madrid player, Ferlan Mendy, was also reported injured, who had to be sidelined for a month after suffering a hamstring injury during the El Clasico pre-season match against Barcelona a few days ago. It seems that this will be a test again for Real Madrid after losing several players due to injury but in depth the Real Madrid squad is still safe and not too bothered.

Like you, I think Barcelona doesn't need to sign a new striker. However, if the performance of Ansu Fati and Raphinha does not improve, Barcelona will be under a lot of pressure. Raphinha and Fati are excellent strikers. Dembele is also in the Barcelona squad. So far, Barcelona's performance in pre-season has not disappointed. They can still maintain the harmonization of the game as usual like last season. In fact, I feel that currently Barcelona has a more capable level of attack than last season. Even though it was only pre-season, I can see that all the players can play comfortably with each other. There is rarely miscommunication on the pitch and apart from that Barcelona's level of defense is as strong as ever. It's just that Barcelona's left-wing defense sometimes has a few gaps. But because it's not the real season yet so everything can definitely be improved for the better when the season starts. I hope Xavi also prioritizes the Champions League this season. Because last season they lifted the Laliga trophy. So it's time for the next season Barcelona to fight again in the race for the Champions League trophy.
