Haven't seen a strong rumor about Alvaro Morata's departure recently but this could be really true how fast Saudi Arabian teams have been so far in the transfer market. They aren't holding much back with bids and are bidding kind of a lot over the players valuation in order to stop wasting any time with negotiations. Morata is almost 30 and is move wouldn't be much bad but from Atletico's point of view, they might decline such offers.

About Felix loan, I don't think it's a permanent fix. By loaning him every year, Atletico Madrid have to make a decision as they won't have much time later on as it will come near contract end. But I have other thoughts that after losing Karim Benzema Real Madrid will not be strong enough in this LaLiga and when compared to Barcelona I am pretty sure that Barcelona will be much better in LaLiga when it starts later.
I see and predict that Barcelona is likely to still be the LaLiga champion and for the runner up there are two possibilities between Real Madrid or Atletico.
Because Atletico and Real Madrid have almost the same performance this season and I don't think that Real Madrid will be weak this season, it's just that they have lost their strength a little after their flagship player went to another club.
