It's not important how many goals you conceded as long as you score one more than that. For Barca this wasn't a situation we were used to, but when we think of Villarreal matches in general, we see that the matches were full of goals. It was a very interesting match between the two clubs, Vilareal fell behind but they were able to turn things around and Barcelona did the same to take home full points. A total of 7 legitimate goals were scored in this match.
I wasn't expecting that many goals, I had predicted that there wouldn't be many and that there would be at least 2 or 3 goals scored. But what I predicted didn't happen and they scored goal after goal. In the second half Barcelona started to realize that Vilareal's skills were better, and they were able to contain them better so that Vilareal couldn't score any more goals.

Yes Xavi needs to work on the defense because it isn't tight enough. Imagine that Villarreal scored all three goals straight without Barca scoring in between. This shows that work needs to be done on the defense for improvement. The substitute Ferran Torres made the difference after he came into the game from the bench to put a  smile on Barca fans and players faces again. One thing that I love with today's match is that whenever Barca scores it is always double in between three minutes. It was a tough match with much goals.

A great win for Barcelona today. The important thing is that they scored 4 goals today and Lewandowski managed to score. Barcelona's attack is getting stronger by the day. The young players in the attack are able to play well. Especially Torres is able to perform well. Bellingham is an outstanding midfielder that has the quality of a striker and a midfielder,which makes him more superb and unpredictable. For Lewandoski,he just scored his first goal today and there are no doubts that he has broken the deadlock and will continue scoring more goals.

The fact that Barcelona won seems to be cool and 3 points is 3 points, but given the previous two games, I would say that this is another sign of weakness (if we are talking about the fight for the title). It was a great joy for me to watch the Villarreal - Barcelona game today. There were insane comebacks which led Barcelona to win by an absurd score like 4-3. But I must really appreciate especially Villarreal's unbelievable comeback from 0-2 to 3-2. You are doing this against one of the biggest favourites of the title in the end.

Villarreal did everything they could but it was still not enough to resist Barcelona. Once again they couldn't beat Barcelona home. By scoring this many goals I think Barcelona will regain their usual performance faster. It was nice to see Lewandowski scoring his first goal too.

That's correct, the "three points is three points" talk might be true for La Liga, but when this is against the best European teams in the Champions League, I don't think that Barcelona has a realistic chance to make it to the semifinal. Maybe the quarterfinals could be possible, but the last season was a good example of what you just explained. A team like Inter Milan punishes this and doesn't lose the game like Villareal did. Both games against Cadiz and Getafe have already had some warning signals. Having one close game against an inferior team is normal, but these three games taken together aren't very promising so far.

That's what said in last couple matches of Barcelona, there are many solutions now in Barcelona's house in attack even with the bad performance from Lewandowski the beginning of this season not like previous one. Today we saw Barcelona that really needs a lot of work if they want to keep LaLiga trophy for this season or at least take a good position. Real Madrid could take the advantage from the first match Barcelona drawing, but they are also in the other hand didn't perform well and won all their matches hardly.
