I feel they should give Ansu Fati's another opportunity to get better I don't believe that sacking will make this better and I feel that Barcelona need to focus on their financial issues than sacking coaches and their financial issue is solved then they can be able to get new players to get their performance better. And it is actually a good idea to sell some of their players to make more money that way they can reduce their debt they have on ground so that is the only few ways they can solve their problem. They need a good advice to be able to revival that club. So that they can continue to challenge real Madrid.

I also don’t think that sacking Ansu Fati is the right decision for them to make now. He’s still a young player and if they can build him well, he’ll be one of their long term projects. If they want to sell him to bring players that they want and think they’re more deem fit than Ansu Fati, then they should also think of the price they need to pay to afford those players and how much they can get from selling Ansu Fati. I don’t like this idea of selling this potential young player, they should look for other means to source for money to get those players, it will be a bonus to have them all in the club. I don’t know when Barcelona finanacial crisis will come to an end, but it should come sooner because they’re really missing out on a lot to strengthen their squad and be up to taking challenges from other big clubs most especially in the champions league competition.

The reason is, Barcelona has crossed his name from the club's transfer list because they want to see the player return to his best performance in the 2024/25 season. Barcelona players currently only need a coach who is able to guide them in a better direction because there are many great players in Barcelona currently. However, all their greatness will be meaningless if their abilities are used in the wrong position by their own coach, so we all need to see how Barcelona's new coach manages every player who is already in the Barcelona squad next season when they want to compete with any rival, including with Real Madrid. Even though it is only based on reported sources, it seems that Barcelona's situation is really difficult in terms of bringing in new arrivals. That's why several newspapers reported that several of Barcelona's core players were linked with several clubs outside La Liga. Not only for Lamine Yamal, but one of Barcelona's defenders and midfielders is rumored to be being targeted by a club outside La Liga and could possibly be released due to their financial condition. Apart from that, we know very well that Joao's status duo have also returned to their original club. In fact, so far Barcelona has not reported any positive news even though discussions with the agent, Mendes, are still ongoing.
A situation that is not what Hansi Flick expected to support his team in facing the new competition, especially if Barcelona really can't do much to bring in new arrivals. unless, they get an injection of funds from player transfers in this summer window. Felix is absolutely a really talented player. The reason why he can't find himself a place at Atletico Madrid is simply that he doesn't fit the current game plan of the team.

Simeone prefers a more defensive way of play you know. He doesn't like a fully attacking football. As Felix can't show good performances in this system it is the best for him to leave. Simeone clearly shows that he has no plans for him in the end. Barcelona has also announced that they won't be after him as of the end of his loan spell. Therefore I'm really curious about his next station. I just hope it would be another big team.

I agree with you that Barcelona management should have allowed Xavi to remain as their head coach since he managed to win the La Liga title in his second year at Barcelona. I also agree with you. I think management's decision to fire Xavi because he failed to win La Liga this season was a very bad decision. Yeah. I agree with you because anybody who knows the Barcelona squad knows that Xabi really tried for the team. He trains the players in such a way that regardless of how strong a team is, they will compete with them, and still they are not that strong. If Xabi can get a very strong team like other coaches did, I believe he will take the trophy, but there are not enough players, so he manages to use them even though there is no trophy. He never put them in a bad position in the table; he always tried to be in the top 5 of many leagues he participated in.

However, if Hansi flick has the same or even more experience coaching a team than Xabi, I think Barcelona will do even more than Xabi has done for the season he spent managing the team. I can't really comment much about Hansi Flick's performance in Barcelona because of the current squad he has. It's not that the players Barcelona has are bad, but the truth is that it will be really hard for them to compete with Real Madrid next season. Changing of the Barcelona's manager from Xavi to Hansi Flick may not be the only solution to Barcelona's problem currently. What's more worse than that is the case of their current financial constraints which they must faced and struggle on how to get out of the current financial issues the club is facing. This Financial crisis occurred as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic but more importantly as a result of the mismanagement of funds at the board level. Having just the name Barcelona is not enough to make the club stand in its legacy of being one of the toughest European clubs in the world rather it is how strong the management maintains the capacity of the club, financially and its workforce.
