This was Real Madrid's starting XI yesterday in their Spanish La Liga game at Espanyol. As a Real Madrid fan, I was very excited to see Vinicius Jr back in the starting line up and was highly anticipating for a big win for the reigning Spanish and European champions but at the end, I was disappointed. Carlo Ancelotti I think have a lot of work to do in making the team more consistent than they've been since the start of the season. • He should sell Rodrygo since Vini and Mbappe are untouchable.
• He has too much squad with plenty ballon d'or aspirants competing against each other.
• Real Madrid would have won that match assuming it was only Vini leading the team while Mbappe and Rodrygo on the bench. Or just anyone of the above 3 led the team.
• Real Madrid is also not consistent this season. Anyone can win them for sure.

They are lucky they still lead in the Laliga, this would have been a sad season for them just like as it's happening to Manchester city.

Your response to this post simply suggests that you're one of the people who strongly believes that it'll be very difficult for Real Madrid to perform to the full potentials of the squad if the star players you mentioned are continue to remain at the club. If that's what you meant to insinuate, I think you're wrong with such assertion and I'll tell you why.
At the time of this response, Real Madrid is the only club with five number of players that's scored 10+ goals this season in any of the top five leagues in Europe with Kylian Mbappe leading the chart followed by Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo and Jude Bellingham. That means that the playing system that's adopted by Carlo Ancelotti allows these players to freely create chances as well as score goals.
Carlo Ancelotti doesn't need to sell any of the players you mentioned for the team to succeed rather, I think he should try harmonize them to play more of a team than rely on their individual brilliance.

This season's La Liga is full of surprises and it has been really unfriendly to the bettors as none of the three candidates have been able to play consistently. Even for a match that should have been won easily, they actually lost points, and that means it was a loss for us because we bet on them to win.

Frankly, I was surprised with Ancelotti who still hasn't made any move in the transfer window, even though he should have known that his defense line really sucks, and that could be a stumbling block in the title race. Rodrygo is an underrated player, all of them are selfish, but sometime their selfishness lead them to score a goal. We have seen in many match Rodrygo take risky decision and he saves Real Madrid from lose.

Barcelona VS Alaves has began, scores still 0:0 not what i expected with first half zero goal. They do have the ball possession but barely contributing to target shots still not scoring goals. Exactly what happened yesterday during Real Madrid fixture, first half no goal then near the end their opponent striked and took the win. Yesterday's match was rather one of  Real Madrid's worse outing in this current season, they had a very good line with their best players intact yet they couldn't find the back of the net for complete 90 minutes, last night performance is a proof of Real Madrid's inability to maintain a consistent run in the la liga and I doubt if they would be able to retain their title with these kind of shaky performances. Their loss yesterday is an opportunity for Barcelona to close in the points gap.

I guess Madrid undermined them, which is the problem of the bigger clubs playing the underdogs. I must give my respect to the brilliant defence of Espanyol, it was a tough time for Madrid despite its star strikers. And yes, it's an advantage for Atletico Madrid having beat Mallorca.

All teams have matches like this, even good ones like Real Madrid. Espanyol just parked the bus in their penalty area where all 11 Espanyol players were and Real simply could not crack such a defense. In addition, Carlos Romero should have been suspended after his foul on Mbappe, but he was only given a yellow card, and after that he scored the winning goal. Apparently it was just fate, which did not want Real to win yesterday's match. For Real, this is the first of 23 away games in which Real failed to score even one goal.

Vinicius I think only weakened the team, because when he plays alongside Mbappe, you can tell Real are playing outnumbered in defense.

But I thought Barcelona would win by a big margin. Barcelona won the match by a margin of 1-0. Barcelona played very carefully in this match. Barcelona players attacked too much. When a big team takes a small team for granted, a loss match is what they will get. Real Madrid thought that there was no way a relegation team would win them. They were shocked beyond measure that they failed to grab 3 points from the match. It's disappointing, if I should say because many people must have bets for Real Madrid to win against Espanol easily. Turning around to see Real Madrid lose by 0-1 was shocking. Well it's clear this is Atletico Madrid's advantage where now the difference in points is only one.
