I agree with all you said and it is indeed a dream for many to be among the Madrid squad, even if you don't play but being part of the club is a big thing to some. Some of these players who are still young like Arda Guler have that hungry to make a statement for him self, they want to be in the spotlight and they'd like the world to see what they are made of and sitting on the bench is like they want more than just putting on that jersey  and sitting on the bench.
