Converted the penalty to put Atletico Madrid ahead in the second half in the remaining minutes of the game it's going to be a big battle because Xabi Alonso will be making some changes to make sure they end up not losing the game, Atletico Madrid is doing better in the second half than Real Madrid they should maintain the performance and not start defending very early if not Real Madrid willcsn bounce back to win the game even though they are not looking like they can win in the game. Indeed football is really unpredictable. I expected Real Madrid to have an easy game, since they have won their previous games comfortably.  I understand that's is a Derby game, and Atletico Madrid would want to prove a point and they are really showing Real Madrid that they can't just get an easy win.

For me, after his success at Bayern Leverkusen from taking them from the second half of the table to the first half and winning the league in his second season with a team that has twice less budget than Bayern Munich, that was when he earned a lot of respect. I was like, if he can do it with Bayern Leverkusen what's stopping him from doing it with Real Madrid in a year or two of taking over the club as it's manager.

In my opinion, that's exactly how Real Madrid played I can't even imagine what they'll do when they play against Barcelona,  The biggest issue was their physical condition if Real Madrid had played at a faster pace , they would have won, but they played in a very typical Ancelotti style.

I was left speechless at the final whistle because I had already expressed some certainty much earlier about how well I think about Real Madrid becoming the dominant team and how Atletico will just be guiding not to concede too many goals but table did turned and now not only did Madrid conceded they lost terribly such that they have never done since this season. I had a feeling that Madrid wouldn't win this game, I had a little hope in the 36th minute that Madrid might have a chance but then sorloth scored the second goal that made atl Madrid equalize.
