I don’t think their is much competition in Laliga like you said, it just Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, and if he can get a win each form these fixture he might as well be a front runner in winning the league. Well against the match against Atletico Madrid, it was a disaster, from the beginning of the match Real Madrid was never comfortable and of it that defense and midfield.

 In as much as nobody will say this I think it time Real Madrid start thinking about parting ways with Valverde, when you watch Real Madrid in big games , especially the one they lost, you will see that Valvarde barely contributes especially in winning balls. For an eighteen year old Lamine Yamal has done things that exceeds his age but every young man need guidance and I think he needs some.

Player of the match was given to Nuno Mendes, and it serves him right, i don't think Lamine Yamal was the best but undeniably he performed very well in the game. I don't see any fatal mistakes in Alonso's strategy in the derby match against Atletico Madrid, it's just that Simeone's playing strategy is much better than Alonso's. Real Madrid played with their best lineup in that match, dominating the match, but they lacked the creativity to create more goal chances. Mbappé, Vinicius, Bellingham, Arda Guler, Valverde and others were all on the pitch, but Atletico Madrid were truly effective that day.

Of course, the season is still very long and there's no need to worry too early. But if Real Madrid lose more points in their upcoming matches, they'll fall further behind. I've said it before that they're overreacting. Nobody likes losing, but it's normal to lose a few games. I think the loss hurt so much because they were so confident of a way, and the way they lost, but it's normal for things like that to happen. The league is a marathon, not a sprint. Last season, they overtook Barcelona with about 10 points and ended up losing the league in the end, so they should be calm.
People say Madrid played badly, but it's not true, Alonso just made mistakes with his changes and game to Atleti. The only thing that Madrid fans should be worried about is their midfield. They don't have a balanced midfield to me, but somehow the fans think they do.

No, I don't think the memes and the jokes being used on the kid is good for his mental health right because he's too young to start getting all the hates from the fans he's a good player who has done a lot for his team in his young age he may not be doing everything well but his age will still reflect on his behavior that's what is happening right now and his parents and his manager will handle it in a proper way but it's not t something that the fans should mock him with it's not good.

You know how a team that is used to winning and winning feels whenever they lose a game, Madrid fans are some how worried about this game they lost, if they can lose to a team as Atletico Madrid that haven't been stable since this season then what would happen against teams like Barcelona and the others who have been consistent since the beginning of this campaign? This is a huge problem for Alonso, so there is still time to correct the mistake, that's true but if he hasn't gotten a solution before they face stronger team then they need some miracle to happen because they might still lose again and that's not good for business, not this very season where the least club is finding a way to play any European competition and Madrid can as well struggle to beat those teams.

Yes that is right that Nuno Mendes won Player of the Match award. Fact is that he was strong defender and that he could withstand pressure contributed to victory of his team.
You are also right about Lamine Yamal. Although his team lost he did play great game in such large game and should be praised. And battle between just him and Mendes was discussed by many people demonstrates that they were most exciting players on field.

Actually, Barca looked very dangerous in the beginning, Yamals performance was amazing however PSGs experience & big moments won it. Yeah, historical stats can be misleading. What if we stretch it all the way to when the league was first formed? Surely, you can make a different narrative with that. Not really a fan of head-to-head stats considering where you played a match doesn't directly influence the game, unless one stadium is worse, has bigger goal posts, narrower pitch, terrible grass over the years, etc.

At the end of the day number is just number; you can't factor mental strength, player mistakes, etc, correctly from that.

What are you saying, Madrid has one of the best and sharpest strikers in the world and you are saying that their attack is weak. What can Joselu do in times like this. Madrid does not have any problem with their attackers, instead, Alonso should focus more on the midfield and defense. Atletico scored five goals doea that show that the defense is strong.
