That's certainly the hope, but many unexpected things happen when players return to the team after the international break, and I don't think anything will have a major impact on Barcelona, as I still strongly believe this team has equal quality across the board.
Barcelona's two consecutive defeats shouldn't be considered a slump, and the team's confidence and mentality are certainly low right now. However, the international break will be somewhat beneficial, giving Hansi Flick and the players plenty of time to improve.
And personally, I still strongly believe Barcelona will be able to compete fiercely for the title this season; they have everything they need to bounce back.

The quality is there, and when they put in the effort, it shows. Sometimes, however, it seems like they don't want to play or don't know what to do.

The international break should theoretically help; let's hope they can wake up.

I am also very disappointed with Barcelona's loss. Barcelona's loss to Sevilla feels humiliating.

The goals which they conceded in the match was just too much, and nobody expected Barcelona to concede that kind of goals against Sevilla, most people never expected Barcelona to lose in the match, and they ended up losing and they conceded 4 goals in the match, seriously thats much and humiliating. Most people were confident in Barcelona to win Sevilla, but they couldn’t win, instead Barcelona were humiliated in the match.

Although Barcelona started the season well, the loss to Sevilla is much more sad. How uncertain the league is is only understood by seeing this Barcelona's loss.

Barcelona attack was so poor in the match, they found it so difficult to penetrate Sevilla defense, and they could only score a goal in the match. Barcelona performance has been good since beginning of the season, and thats the reason why most people never expected them to lose their match against Sevilla.

Such a poor performance from FC Barcelona and what a humiliating result, they actually cut my bet I was too confident of myself that I didn't see the danger ahead, like how could have believe sevilla will be so ruthless on them, and is FC Barcelona actually telling me that they can't really do without lamine yamal? For Gavi I don't think so but Barcelona really depend with Lamine Yamal and Raphinha, many matches got bad result when both players between Lamine Yamal or Raphinha have absent. For upcoming two or three matches later, Lamine Yamal likely still injury and he must absent for several crucial match still can't guarantee will be ready for El Clasico match.
Barcelona get advantage position due international break until one week later and have longer recovery time for his players getting injury, maybe Raphinha will get faster recovery and upcoming match will face Girona at La Liga and Olympiacos at Champion League.
In La Liga, Barcelona have dropped to 2nd standings last week after defeating by Sevilla and right now have two points remaining, the same thing in Champion League after defeating by PSG and so far Barcelona only get three points of two games.

It's very early and I like this championship because the challenge is still open and everything can be decided at the end, it's clear that the favourites are always them and will continue to be for years, Barcelona and Real Madrid are always theirs, but there could be a third wheel, who knows

There are still 30 matches left, it's too far to conclude who will be the champion even though the signs are clear that these two teams are strong candidates, after all the points difference in the standings is currently not too far, Barcelona only needs one win to take back the top spot, just like Madrid who only needs one win to maintain their place. Yes and in someways is strange because the remaining players are super players for example you still have, Lewandowsky, Rashford, Pedri, Olmo etc, so you still have a list of super players to be around with, but somehow they can produce the high level football flick needs in his teams.

So yes they are quite dependant on a few players. I also see the defense being not so good, i dont like what they have.

Real Madrid played a classic game against Villarreal and Vini has already started to prove why he should be on that d'Or list next two seasons! Scoring two goals to the team's advantage was pretty sick.

Yeah, you're right! Real Madrid had a fantastic performance against Villarreal we all see how they played in that match. Honestly I was really impressed by their game, and I agree with you that Vinicius had a great performance. If he keeps this up, he could be a strong contender for the Ballon d'Or. He's improving, although Kylian Mbappe might overshadow him for now. But Still Vinicius is likely to deliver more great performances.

I think Franco Mastantuono still an average player. Some matches, his performance seems impressive, but he's not yet at the level people are hyping him up to be. I'm confident he'll contribute to Real Madrid's success if he gets consistent playing time.

Villarreal played well but Villarreal's defense was not very good. Real Madrid was able to break Villarreal's defense very easily. If Villarreal's defense had been a little better, it would have been a stronger match. But yes, Real Madrid played very well. Junior played very well. Junior scored 2 goals. Villarreal played well but I think it was probably insignificant compared to the Real Madrid players, actually Los Blancos found Villarreal to beat after suffering a humiliating defeat against neighbours Atletico Madrid Football Club last weekend. However it is quite nice that Brazilian player Vinicius Junior was able to score two goals in this match through his impeccable effort and continued his struggle and he put the Villarreal team in complete danger, on the other hand Kylian Mbappe has become addicted to scoring goals in every match because he was able to score a goal in this match too, as a result it appears that both of them have jointly contributed to the team.

On the other hand, Barcelona will be ahead of Real Madrid in terms of balance, even if they do not look as strong as last season. The reason for this is that you can probably understand that they have several attacking players and their midfield and back line are also quite balanced and stronger than Real Madrid. Yes, Barcelona have been struggling recently and have lost two matches. But they have been confident in the game and they have fought well. It is normal that a team does not win every day. I would say that Barcelona's main problem is that players like Lopez, Gavi and Yamal are facing injuries at the same time. Also, the main  goalkeeper Garcia was not in the squad due to injury. Even  if Garcia was in the squad, Barcelona would not have  conceded 4 goals against sevilla. The  entire Barcelona squad is now shaky  due to injuries. If the players do not return to the squad , it is unlikely that we will see a strong performance from Barcelona.

Seeing this Barcelona game with them losing before going for the international break seems like they have something bad to offer to Madrid because it will be their next game. Madrid can sit at the top of the table and enjoy it for the moment but on second thought, should Madrid be displaying a poor performance like they are doing with the good players they have currently? Honestly I'm expecting a more dominant force to make Barcelona calm down a bit and if Madrid can't then  the current champions will be the next champion.

If there is any time more sooting to win this Barcelona side then it's actually this particular time because they are currently struggling with their form and experiencing two defeats in a row is something that's gonna affect them mentally and psychological too and it's just immediately at the international break so Real Madrid will be have all the opportunity to win them because the records are currently not looking good for them comparing the stats of last season to this one.

Real Madrid got that damn Atletico again  But I hope that this game will follow a completely different scenario than in the first round of La Liga.
This is a secondary (or rather tertiary) tournament, and it will be interesting to see how it will play out in January. Perhaps one of the teams will have already secured a comfortable lead in La Liga, and then the Super Cup will be the last chance for the trailing team to upset their eternal rivals.
I've heard a lot of criticism in Spain about the tournament's location, and I agree. If I were a local, I'd want my home team to play at home.

Right, you got the exact point. The team is in this situation because of injuries, because the impact of missing good players in a team is to concede four goals from a team like Sevilla even though they managed to score one goal and missed a penalty, which is why Barcelona fans are disappointed with their performance. If a team does not have so many iconic players, then you cannot expect to see good performance from the team. But it is really a matter of concern that what will happen if so many good players are not in the team or the team management and especially the coach should think about it in a new way.

To determine who win this season championship I think it will take more than winning the El Classico, the reason is both teams don’t look that convincing yet, they could both lose a match everyone would expect them to win. When you look at Barcelona and the high line defense they play you will know that it won’t work for long. Last season it worked because it was very new to most teams but this season most teams are coming very prepared to break that defense. You should expect more defeat for Barcelona against lower teams this season.

And Real Madrid on the other side are still playing like that are still trying to adapt to whatever Xabi Alonso is teaching them, they will also experience defeat in the league this season against low teams so that why I said it will take more than El Classico to determine who wins the league this season.

To be fair Xabi is still fairly young too. While he has won something amazing by beating Bayern Munich with Leverkusen and get the win Bundesliga, he is a fairly young manager. It means that for the first time ever we may actually see a manager at Real Madrid staying for a very very long time. Or maybe that will not happen, not entirely sure, because if he is bad then he would get sacked, and if he is good, how long can you handle being that great?

Imagine a scenario for 5 years in a row, Real Madrid wins la liga, 5 years in a row, wins 3 UCL at the same time, and wins like 3-4 cups as well. Then what? Just repeat the same thing over and over again? I honestly feel like that's a bad idea and should not happen at all. He will get bored.

Exactly Barcelona defense was quite poor. They didn't even stop any signal attack of Sevilla. The Sevilla coach Almeyda just noted that whenever Barca attacks, their fullbacks move forward, and he took advantage of this weakness and trailed the ball from one wing and then finished it in the second wing....

There are still 10 days left until the Girona match. Ten days is enough time for injured players to recover. We know that many players can recover in ten days. However, there's nothing you can do about long-term injuries. Yamal will likely return to Barcelona. He's undoubtedly the most important player in the Champions League and league matches. We saw against Sevilla that his absence has a significant impact on Barcelona offensively.
