I tend to ignore a player's behavior off the field. Sometimes I don't really care what they do off the field. I just want them to play well on the field. I don't care about their personal behavior. Because seeing their personality can sometimes detract from the enjoyment of watching a player in a match. So I often overlook things like this. You can have the best players in the world on your team, but if they don't collaborate or have complicity it's clear that you can't achieve great results.
Humility in life is valid in all fields, you never stop learning.
If they don't work on this they won't get results.
