Well there are a few club who can’t really take much to rebuild, we have known how they operate in years, when you look at clubs like Chelsea, Real Madrid, bayern Munich and even Barcelona, these are clubs that don’t really take times to rebuild, So when you look at the numbers of manager they have change is very massive. These are clubs that can barely give you 2 years, once they don’t see anything positive in what you doing or you don’t even win trophies you end up loosing your place in the club.

These teams you just mentioned may be probably more patient than Real Madrid, and so they may not go with the kind of considerations these other teams went with, they may also have somethings they are looking out for that they probably have not seen yet and until they see that, they are definitely not going to have that confidence enough to be relaxed about xabi and wish to have him stay longer because they believe he will improve with time.

You are very correct, xabi is a very good coach and I believe in him let them give him time to build with the team and the players one by one, Real Madrid is having some crisis and the crisis is between the player and the coach what Real Madrid needs to do right now is to give the coach time to correct everything with the players, we all know that vinicius Junior is having some disagreement with the coach before now and I believe he's not happy with the coach this is the main reason why the coach should be given enough time to build whatever that has been destroyed between him and the players, if they sack him now they cannot find a very good replacement so there's no need to sack him they should leave him and I believe he will make the club great again.

The difference and issue here with Real Madrid is that last season was a poor season to them and they need to get back on the challenging ground to beat their top opponent Barcelona in the La Liga. I don't think that Real Madrid's management will use the match against Manchester City to determine Xabi Alonso's future. Am having the feeling that he will most likely finish this season with Real Madrid but if he is unable to win a major title such as the La Liga or the Champions League then the club's management will be left with no option than to sack him.

I don’t think Xabi Alonso is not equal to the task of managing Real Madrid, it’s just that fans this days want results immediately even club managements sometimes get too emotional and fire coaches unnecessarily. Xabi Alonso has proven himself to be a good coach don’t underrate what he did at Bayer Leverkusen. Zidane never had to coach any big team before he coach Madrid, just from Castilla to winning three UCLs.
It’s too early for anyone to start talking about sacking Xabi Alonso, I believe even by next season he’ll still be the manager, if there’s no steady improvement then they can start chanting Xabi out!.

The difference and issue here with Real Madrid is that last season was a poor season to them and they need to get back on the challenging ground to beat their top opponent Barcelona in the La Liga. Xabi Alonso may not be able to adapt easily from his first season, but the management don’t looks like who has patient on him and will have to issue him a sack letter if he ends up this season as a failure. His performance managing Real Madrid in the La Liga shows how difficult it is to manage a team in Spanish league than managing a team from the Bundesliga which he was able to do and became successful at it easily in his first year there.

Florentino Perez is not someone who can tolerate failure, and if Xabi Alonso wants to keep his position as manager next season, he must at least succeed in delivering the La Liga trophy in his first year. It's never easy to be the Real Madrid manager, the demands are immense, and I think it's worth it because they have spent a large budget to build an ideal squad depth.

The pressure on Xabi Alonso has been increasing as a result of Real Madrid poor performances in recent matches. The management has likely set certain limits, and if Xabi Alonso is unable to turn things around in the near future, his tenure may come to an end. Meanwhile, the competition in La Liga and the Champions League is clearly much more challenging than in the Bundesliga and the Europa League, and Xabi Alonso certainly understands well what he is up against.
