Vini is still the best 7 Real Madrid has. His role is very important on the pitch, which is the reason Vini behaves like that. Maybe, he is looking dowm on Xabi Alonso because I could remember when Ancelotti was the coach, Vini can't feel too superior that he must play till 90 minutes. Ancelotti do substitute him.

Vinicius has no option than to accept the last offer from Real Madrid, i don't think it is best if he is being put out in the transfer opening, Vinicius is the kind of player that will do well in the La Liga, Madrid specifically. I read in the news that Real Madrid management fully supports Xabi Alanso in implementing his strategy, so I think he has the freedom to bench players without any negative reaction from the board. However benching star players usually leads to wild debates that lead to a hostile dressing room.

We must be aware of Real Madrid's problem since last season player injuries. While other teams have had similar issues due to injuries 50% of Madrid's injured players are in the same position (defenders). Their full-backs are all injured and only two center-backs are available. This is what's causing Real Madrid serious problems, and he also has to manage the egos of his star players.

Coaching a team of Real Madrid's stature requires a coach who isn't just focused on experience or tactics he must be able to manage the egos of his stars to achieve synergy. I don't think 'far' is the right word to use there. I'm a Barca fan and yes, I'm definitely happy we are ahead of them ! But But the lead is just against a weaker team, and that doesn't change the fact that Barcelona is also weak this season. For a coach, it is clear that XA is still a relatively young coach. However, this does not compare to the pressure he faces when deciding to coach the best team in the world. This pressure comes not only from the club, but also from the fans. The expectations of Madridistas when the red-bearded man arrived at the Bernabeu to coach Real Madrid were very high. Initially Barcelona performance was bit sloppy due to injuries suspect but when their players recovered, their performance were also stared rising and rising even they were in 3rd place at league standings but now they regain their strength and get back the top spot with maximum points gap. Hansi Flick is such an amazing coach he modified the team from poor form to brilliantly even he didn't made any new signing but still made this team best.

Anything can happen on the field of play. Before Barcelona took the top spot in the points table, Real Madrid was at the top. Since the season is not over yet, the points table may return to its previous state. There is no reason for Real Madrid players and Madrid fans to be too disappointed. Currently, Barcelona is at the top of the points table with 43 points. On the other hand, Real Madrid is in second place in the points table with 39 points. The difference between them is only four points.
