The main reason why Real Madrid stopped performing very well this season was because of the issues the coach was having with some players for example  vini Junior, vinícius Júnior is not playing as expected this season and the reason for that is because of the issues he's having with the coach and that was why the coach was always changing him in matches, the coach lack the skill of managing this players on and off the field, at the beginning of this season Real Madrid doing very well and they were even topping the table but after the issue started they started performing poorly. I believe if the coach make the team players comfortable enough to love him so much they will start playing very well and they may have chance of lifting the la liga or the Champions League.

Apart from injuries which we all know is one the challenges affecting Real Madrid today I also see talent management as a very serious issue behind real Madrid inconsistent performance this season. The issue of injuries,.we all know the negative effects of injuries in any team be it big or small but that of talent management is a challenge that requires serious attention before the solution to that problem can be provided now. Madrid's squad is strong. But the bonding between the players is weak. More importantly, Xabi Alonso has not yet found his best XI. He has not yet decided whether to keep Rodrygo in the starting XI. Well it seems what happened in Paris Saint Germain is about to happen in Real Madrid, where Paris Saint Germain has almost all the stars which includes Neymar Jr, L. Messi, K. Mbappr and few others but yet they couldn't win a major trophy not until they sell off some of them and sometimes squad use to affect team because the coach sometimes won't know how to use them and sometimes again even when those stars are not doing well the coach will not bench them forgetting that the reason for benching players sometimes is  for them to learn and correct their mistakes. The interesting match is between Barcelona and Guadalajara, Hansi Flick didn't start with his full first eleven and they're all showing good performance, but I don't want Barcelona should underrate this team because their pattern looks scaring because if they score first, it will be a problem because they are good at holding their defence tightly.

I am surprised here that Barcelona has not been able to score a goal so far, the entire squad of Barcelona is in attack, yet the players of Barcelona have not been able to reach the ball inside the goalpost of the opposing Guadalajara team. This match is so competitive that the Guadalajara team is putting Barcelona under pressure, Barcelona will be ready to score a goal at any time in this match but it is only a matter of time. This season, every team performs well and tries to show their best performance to the audience, which is being proven in this match. I thought this match would end with a much higher margin, but Barcelona will win, but it may be by a small margin.

The match wasn't easy for Barcelona because Guadalajara defense was solid and tight, making it hard for Barcelona before they score them. In my opinion Guadalajara aim yesterday wasn't to fight for victory but to draw. What made it difficult for Barcelona before they scored was because Guadalajara field isn't big, but I'm as Barcelona found their way to scored them. I'm also impressed with Guadalajara defense, I have to confess they gave Barcelona a tough game and honestly I had to pray for Barcelona not draw or lose the match because of how solid their opponent defence was.

You draw a good good point where you said the manager should make sure he put his messy relationship with his boys in order because it is obviously effecting the performance of his team, I don't want to talk much about Vinicious Jnr because he's is know for risk ego of a thing, and I don't think that's what I should be discussing, and even though we are to discuss that, I will say that the manager would have by now know how to calm him down and put him in his place, the manager should be in control, RealMadrid is a team that are not lacking players, the manager should know that there's no excuse for him, his concern should be how to put him team back in track simple.
