I would like to consider this as Madrid's biggest weakness. Madrid has become badly dependent on Mbappe. It is risky to depend on only one player. An experienced club like Mmdrid should never make such a mistake. Since Madrid is fighting for the la liga, champions league and Copa del Rey titles. If they want to  perform well in a busy schedule, every player in the squad has to play well in their position.

If Mbappe fails to play well in a match, it becomes very difficult for madrid to win. But in reality the opposite is happening for Real Madrid. If Mbappe and Vinicius get injured, they will not be able to find a good player to take over the team. I agree with you on Xabi Alonso not managing to do well with some players because if we look at Real Madrid last two games, Rodrygo that Alonso is not seeing as one of his favourite players is the one scoring goals to help him keep his from being sacked, Alonso come to Real Madrid to change the system and he did not think of using the former system if it will work, starting Adar Guller and Mastantuano over Rodrygo and Camavinga is something that don?t makes sense because those players are better than those kids.

Rodrygo should remain the starter because he gives a lot in the attacking position and Camavinga should be starting ahead of Arda Guller because Arda and Bellingham can not play together but when Camavinga and Bellingham are in the midfield they create chances and also allow Bellingham to do a lot of things and play freely in midfield.

He is inexplicably making real differences between the players but this will backfire on him, because the others will dislike the coach and his schemes and will never play at 100% of their potential.

Real Madrid have all the players you can think of, In almost all positions and they are playing like this, it means it's an internal issue, the team shouldn't depend solely on one player,  the attack will never be dynamic because the day that player is not on his form or he's injured there will be no goal right??  It shouldn't be like that at all, the attack need to be worked on and other attackers needs to work hard to get back in form again also the defense needs to be worked on especially with the injured players the team is having now.
