Currently, everyone seems to dislike Real Madrid's performance especially given their results in their previous matches. They are now behind their rivals Barcelona whose performances have been improving in several matches both in the Champions League and La Liga. It's true as you said it's difficult to determine which team will win La Liga. The second round hasn't even begun yet. All teams are still fighting for maximum results. However the top teams simply need to maintain their current performance. If any teams are lacking in their squads in the second round they will be active in the transfer market to fill any gaps.

We believe Barcelona and Real Madrid are very enthusiastic about competing in the Champions League and La Liga this season. They aren't as preoccupied as teams new to the competition having been in the competition for almost a decade and experienced the demanding schedules they face. It's become a familiar experience for both teams. We'll just have to see what they do in the aforementioned tournaments.

Athletic Bilbao was looking very balanced side in early rounds of this season, but sadly they were not able to keep balance because of this, now most chances they will not able to have any UEFA chance for next season, their defense is terrible, and they needed to be having better work on attack.

Just keeping all options on Nico Williams not working in this game against Espanyol they were looking better side, but sadly they were not able to convert their chances this hanging them down, this defeat having problematic for them. Can't say they will win, of course they may end up losing, but they will have a great chance to win as well. These fixtures I suppose should not get Barcelona on there back, it is mostly going to be them chasing some really good wins with theses fixtures, even espanyol to me does not look like they will turn out so challenging, very likely they will be tough but Barcelona have a bigger chance to win them of which if Barcelona wins them, I see no other team been capable enough to stand them amongst the others remaining in their next five fixtures.

I don't think Espanyol is going to be a very big problem especially under Hansi Flick, it was during that Xavi time that Espanyol was a threat, the match I am most skeptical of in that next 5 matches is the match between Oviedo and Barcelona, aside from the fatigue or tiredness of the match in the champion league, I saw that last match between them and Oviedo wasn't as easy as I thought they would be, although I know Barcelona will win but Oviedo is going to be a problem.

Building a team with good financial strength is a very good way of strengthening a team, its true Barcelona never did that because of there financial instability but where able to make use of what they have to archive there dreams. One thing Barcelona normally do in terms of team rebuilding because of there financial constrain is constant introduction of young talent for easy adaptation into the teams game pattern that is why they don't find it difficult filling up space when the time comes. I don't know how people see this Real Madrid team for now but I still have a very strong confidence in them like I still believe they can make the impossible possible, Barcelona can never remain inform till the end of the season they will as well lost form and when that time comes Real Madrid might have come back to the way they started this season and it won't actually end well for Barcelona so I'm still very much hoping that Real Madrid can still make things happen, they failed last season and can't let that to continue this season they can still come back I believe.

Although the scoring has reduced I believe that Barcelona can easily start scoring a lot of goals in one match but they defending is the problem but Gerard Martin has been great.
I think Barcelona are meant to beat everyone in their next five matches fixtures, regardless of the fact that their game against Espanyol is a derby I think Barcelona will beat them and do same to everyone in their next five games.

Real Madrid has not gotten worse. Real Madrid lost 2 matches in the La Liga and also lost 2 games in the Champions League so it's not enough to say that they are getting worse. Real Madrid is very much in a good form. The league is yet to reach mid-season, and many people are complaining about Real Madrid already. Do you know what might happen from January? Oh, you think Barcelona is better right? let's see how it goes after January because Real Madrid will surely come back with full force and top the league table again.
