Real Madrid has a lot of talented and experienced defenders in their squad. But it is true that they are not able to play well. We have seen the weakness of madrid's defense since last season. Despite buying several defenders this season, Madrid's defense has not improved. I would say buying new defenders is not a solution. Because madrid already has talented defenders. They will not find more experienced defenders now. Alonso should try to use the players in the squad properly. Improve the relationship between the players. And change the match strategy. Madrid are facing real Betis this weekend and they need to do there best to achieve a victory since they are playing at home and they won't like to lose any point currently because if they mistakenly drop point Barcelona will give them many gaps in the league table this season. Let see how the games will goes this weekend. If madrid fails to win the match I don't think they can win the league this season against Barcelona.

The same thing will happen in the case of Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, so Barcelona does not have much to worry about. Gerald Pigue has retired for such a long time now, probably more than three years now and we don't even no if he has been on the pitch for this three years we have not seen him, he should have still been playing as he is still younger player to Ronaldo but however I didn't no they can resume there playing again but I have learned that is fully allowed but however getting to Barcelona is not something they should say because Barcelona knows whom they want, I like Gerald Pigue when Barcelona was the best in La Liga but his strength is weakened and might not be there true Gerald Pigue but is possible Barcelona could locate him.

He is best to be on the non competitive teams of La Liga so that he will see a lot of time to play because any club that's is strong also have people on defense who can beat him if they go on trial with him but with club that's small and no good defending appearance is better for him to go, there was someone he was controlling the Barcelona defense with before, I'm trying to remember his name but both of them are rare in today's defense.

For the Barcelona vs Espanyol match, I personally am very confident that Barcelona will definitely win this match. Although it is true that Espanyol's current performance is very good, because they have not experienced defeat in their last five matches, but still, that will not be able to shake Barcelona. Because the teams that Espanyol has successfully defeated in La Liga are clearly not comparable to Barcelona. So, for that reason, I am confident that Barcelona will be able to beat Espanyol.

Majority of football lovers out there will tell you that they are more entertained by English premier League the more than Spanish laliga because almost all the matches are very competitive and are full with dramas, unlike the Spanish laliga that it's only when the top teams like real madrid, Barcelona and atletico madrid are up against each other, that's when you will be mostly entertained.
But what I use to determine the strength of the league is their performance in the uefa champions league, that's what I get use to know how effective and strong their top teams are that particular season.

I don't fully agree with you, personally I find all competitions interesting, obviously I prefer where you really enjoy watching show football.

I concur with a lot of these arguments. To a player such as Vinicius, it will be more financial than football to transfer to the Saudi league at this time. He is only young and playing in the pinnacle of competition and has a valid opportunity of acquiring major trophies and individual honours with Real Madrid. It is not advisable to leave Europe at this point since one can never be certain on the level of returning to it. Unless ambition is irrelevant, it is much wiser to stick.

If we really want to be precise and tell things as they are, some signs of decline were visible even in Carlo Ancelotti's last year, when he had to battle numerous injuries.
