I think it's a problem with the management of the clubs, as they always think about making money and bringing it to the club, but when you win everything is fine, but then when you give away strong players to get cheap ones, then everything changes and the problems begin.

Legendary players like Modric and Kroos are very hard to replace as they barely appear in history but they will appear and Real Madrid with a lot of money for player transfers will try to buy many star players and youth players with long term strategy for finding potential playmakers and I am sure some of them can contribute great things for the club.

Several years ago, Vinicius and Rodrgyo did not begin their career well in Real Madrid or a little farther in the past, there was disappointed debut from Marcelo. With time, young players grew up and some of them will upgrade themselves, change their quality level and become star players. You doubt with performance of Jude Bellingham, Arda Guller and Valverde? they are top midfielder right now and I believe waiting the moment only for Madrid have solid midfielder and will replace the position leave by Toni Kroos and Luka Modric. Important for all club make team regeneration and promote any youth players, I think Madrid have prepare the new midfielder to replace Luca Modric position since Xabi ALonso departure at the early season.
