Arbeloa has alot of jobs to do on his side than anything. His coming into Real Madrid should already understand the personalities, the egos and the issues within the squad. When you talk about the personalities of the individual players, they are a composition of players who have gathered name and respect due to their performances and records kept playing at such top level competitions, the ego has to do with the pride they work with as players of one of the most successful and strong team in the world of football today, especially these young talented players who have not gained maturity enough to control their ego. Let's see what comes up with Arbeloa's coming to the team and hope he's able to address the right issues upon his arrival.

It will be a really difficult feat, i hope for him that he doesn't end up like Xabi, who has been heavily criticized despite leading the team to second place in La Liga.

Of course, he didn't express the greatest potential, but deep down Real Madrid suffers from internal friction. If he can bring peace and harmony, perhaps he could actually achieve the results he hoped for for the team.

After Real Madrd changed coaches, I thought their performance would improve slightly, but it turned out their performance actually declined significantly. Because in the previous match,, Real Madrid lost to a team that was basically not strong at all, namely Albacete. Honestlyy, all of this was really surprising, because in this match Real Madrid lost by a fairly large score, namely 3-2, so that's why I personally really don't understand Real Madrid's current performance.

We all think like that, at least with Arbeloa coming in and if they win this match, it will raise their mentality, but what's worse is that's not the case, they were defeated by a Segunda Division team, that was a very fatal defeat, because on his first debut at least Arbeloa could give a win to build the team's confidence, but the defeat against the Segunda Division team actually deepened the crisis, and it is said that because of this the Real Madrid players received a warning.
This defeat was a serious blow for Real Madrid because with their performance like this it is very difficult to imagine their condition in the future. Let's hope they can resolve this crisis as soon as possible.

It’s really surprising how Real Madrid just made a decision of sacking Xabi Alonso to bring in Arbeloa. I don’t think Arbeloa is not even up to Xabi Alonso standard and experience, Xabi Alonso is really a good manager, I think he only need time to get  used to this team and then we will see Real Madrid performance doing great as they’re doing before.

Yesterday match against Albacete Real Madrid are suppose to win that match, I was very surprised seeing Real Madrid loose that match, isn’t suppose to be like that.

There was a misunderstanding between Xabi Alonso and Real Madrid players, it is obvious that a manager will always struggle when the players are not playing at their best level. Dani Alonso has a good record at the club, he just lost 6 games out of the 34 matches as Real Madrid manager, unlike Arbeloa who lost his first game as a manager against second division side. The club might regret this later, but this is Real Madrid, and they will find the right manager soon.

The manager just got sign into the club, I think he need small time, he’s just starting we can’t expect him to give us the result we want. Let’s see what he’ll do, but still Xabi Alonso is better than him, and Madrid made a mistake sacking Xabi Alonso at this time of competition because I feel like his the best manager for Real madrd at the moment, because he’ll definitely do better than this new mananger.

Oh Madrid is just gonna sink deeper I have no pity for them right now. They allowed Alonso to go and Arbeloa who has no track record to replace him, more disasters are going to happen. Because I thought that no matter how bad Real Madrid's performance was, they wouldn't lose to a team in the second caste in the Spanish league. But now Real Madrid has proven that Real Madrid is currently not a strong team, and I think this will continue until the end of this season and even next season I think Real Madrid will still struggle if they don't change the current player formation. Because currently, I feel that Real Madrid's players are no longer well organized at this time, and currently their chemistry is also really not good. So, currently, Real Madrid is really in a mess.

This wasn’t the match but a real clusterfuck for Real. Luckily, I didn’t bet on them, even though I wanted to, but the odds were so low that I decided to sit it out  ^{and that saved my money}. It's really amazing how these La Liga2 teams are proving so stubborn against the Spanish top teams in the Copa Del Rey matches because i couldn't imagine Real Madrid could lose to Albacete and now Barcelona has currently ended in a first half 0:0 draw against Racing Santander in a match that is ongoing now. The funny part is that Barcelona is playing with most of their top players which are Ferran Torres, Lamine Yamal, Marcus Rashford, Dani Olmo and many others but yet they were not able to find the back of the net in the first half. They must avoid what happened to Real Madrid yesterday if not it will be very laughable that the 2 strong teams in the Spanish League are out of the Copa Del Rey.

Barcelona happens to be one of their worst nightmare of an opponent they can think of, so anything concerning them will have to pain them and they’ll make decisions immediately in haste regarding to that. Real Madrid is known as a big club in the world of football and they have set some records they may not like any team to break, because allowing that will make them lose their rank and also lose their fans. So, for that reason, Real Madrid are always expected to take good actions for their improvement. They don’t need to be too patient, because that may later affect them. It is also good to take action on time.Just look at Manchester United: they were the best team in England before but look at them now. All of this is because of patience. They allowed the coach to build the team and see what it would be able to achieve for them, but in the end they ended up in a situation where it is very hard to bring the team back to its former standard and form.

Look at Chelsea that always took quick action and see what they have achieved within a short period of time by changes manager that did not perform well and see arsenal who are always patient enough. So, if a coach is not giving the team what they want, the best thing is to take action on that coach. Nobody will expect real madrid will lose to the division clubs because even in there league they are not performing very well but he comes to real madrid they perform well and they achieved the victory and eliminated madrid in last minute of the extra time, let see how the league will be since they have lost two important trophies this season already they still have the league and the Champions League and both in the league and the  ucl competition they are not really doing well, we don't know if they can win the league or not. Let see there next game in the league competition and see if they can win the match or still lose and I will says that they need to sack the new coach too. When facing Levante, I believe Real Madrid has a high chance of winning because, despite playing well today, they were outplayed tactically by Albacete. I would be honest with you, Real Madrid will not win anything this season. Perez is pretty much sure of this outcome and hoped to break it by appointing a new coach. The problem is having the same squad without any real transfer.
For Barcelona, they are fine, keeping winning will grant titles this season.

Real Madrid defeat to the Segunda Division team was quite embarrassing, considering that even Albacete is a team that is struggling in the relegation zone. It can't be tolerated even though Madrid fielded their second string players. Perhaps Xabi was smiling at the result.
As for Barcelona, in the end they still won the game, Ferran Torres was again the man to rely on, his 66th minute goal motivating the Barcelona players and Yamal sealed the deal at 90+, with one final goal, It looks like we're going to see Barcelona win a lot of trophies again, just like last season.

I don't think Albacete deserve that name in his first game as a manager, although the result on that game was embarrassing and humiliating seeing a division 2 team win the world best team. To me i see that lost a tactical error and chances for young talent to fit in to the teams game pattern with hope of positive outcome at last that later turned against his favour. On the game, 80 percent of the players where young talents with promising future he believed will make him proud, so i think all he needs now is out our support for improvement in there next game.
