After Real Madrd changed coaches, I thought their performance would improve slightly, but it turned out their performance actually declined significantly. Because in the previous match,, Real Madrid lost to a team that was basically not strong at all, namely Albacete. I also thought that after the change of coach Arbeloa would want to win the game and choose a stronger lineup, but it was a terrible performance and a terrible result. I think he is not ready to manage such a big team because his decisions look very questionable.

I would be honest with you, Real Madrid will not win anything this season. Perez is pretty much sure of this outcome and hoped to break it by appointing a new coach. The problem is having the same squad without any real transfer.
For Barcelona, they are fine, keeping winning will grant titles this season.

Arbeloa's reputation regarding coaching is that he's not capable of managing a big team like Real Madrid especially since his strategic experience is clearly minimal so the playing style he implements hasn't been fully implemented by the players.
I think Real Madrid's decision to fire Xabi Alonso was completely wrong. After just one season in charge the management immediately replaced him even though Xabi Alonso's coaching skills are clearly superior. If Xabi Alonso had been given more time Real Madrid would have become a team like Carlo Ancelotti's.

It is very difficult for us to see them immediately appointing Arbeloa as coach in the near future even though there are quite a lot of rumors about who will be the Real Madrid coach but it is still in the search because I think there are quite a lot of coaches who have offered themselves to be the Real Madrid coach but currently the management already has several names that will be the choice of the club to be the Real Madrid coach for the future but all of that is still very secret by various Real Madrid team parties and we will wait for which coach will be appointed by the management to handle the next few seasons.

I don't think Albacete deserve that name in his first game as a manager, although the result on that game was embarrassing and humiliating seeing a division 2 team win the world best team. To me i see that lost a tactical error and chances for young talent to fit in to the teams game pattern with hope of positive outcome at last that later turned against his favour. On the game, 80 percent of the players where young talents with promising future he believed will make him proud, so i think all he needs now is out our support for improvement in there next game.

However, this is unjustifiable, as losing to a second division team is a significant blow, as Real Madrid are not on par with this team yet the match went nowhere. This chaos has further exacerbated Real Madrid's situation, as they are struggling to regain their players' motivation. This defeat will undoubtedly have an impact, especially given the current coaching change.

I'm not convinced Albacete can go further even if they beat Real Madrid, as they'll face some of the other strong teams in their next matches. I also think that this is a difficult time for Real Madrid, but we must also remember that Real Madrid is a big team that can still cause surprises, so we cannot underestimate them.  
And personally, right now I have quite a high percentage of confidence that Barcelona can win the title, I cannot deny that.  

However my hope is that Perez can resolve this issue quickly, he must immediately bring in a quality coach so that there is fierce competition with Barcelona in the title race, otherwise this La Liga season will be very boring.

I don't know where the truth lies,  but some say that Xabi Alonso wasn't fired,  and rather that he decided to step down. But the point is, he is no longer with Real Madrid, and I think this is tragic considering how hard Real Madrid tried to persuade Xabi when he was with Leverkusen,  but now Real Madrid has forgotten him just like that.  I think Xabi may have been bottling up his frustration for a long time, and when players no longer respect him, it will indeed be very annoying, and everything exploded when he was humiliated during the Super Cup final ceremony.

Xabi Alonso is someone who knows Real Madrid inside out.. He played for Real Madrid, won many trophies, and understands the pressure that comes with wearing the badge. If he couldn’t fully get the players to buy into his ideas, that already says a lot about the problems in that dressing room.

To understand whether Xabi was right to be sacked, you need to look at the results of a few more matches. Real Madrid is one of the traditional and rich clubs but their continuous decline will continue to reduce their income. Recently, there was an obvious conflict between Xabi and the main players of Real, and a crisis of the game and results.
Regardless, Real was still competitive in the Spanish league, the Champions League and the Spanish Cup, and in the Super Cup they lost in a very open and uncertain game against Barcelona.
Xabi had more space and time to turn all this around.
After the change of coach, there is usually a positive reaction of the players and a short-term positive effect, but in this case there was a disaster, a defeat by a second division team and relegation from the Spanish Cup.
The new coach is clearly not up to the task.
I actually find it strange that a coach is fired while there is no real replacement for him on the market. They tell me that there is chaos at Real and that decisions are made without detailed analysis and planning, almost out of desperation.
In the long term, this does not look good and promising for Real.

Real Madrid is broken, we can see their decline. Their decline started last season, which is still ongoing and the situation is getting worse. I am just trying to enjoy their events from the sidelines! I can see that there is a division in the team and this division is taking Real Madrid to the worse. One side was for the coach and the other side was against the coach. I have never supported this division on the football field and I will never support it, so the divisive one is not on my list of favorites. You can probably guess who I am referring to!

And Real Madrid have truly broken that they are packaging things because Madrid have been a club with many colors, but now they have lost that color, so they need to be more prepared, and I don't even see them.  Improving now, and even with their new coach i don't think anything will change for now, but because the club needs serious handling, a lot of things have not been going well, and they have a good squad, so I don't know what is stopping them from performing in a good manner. That request was not satisfied and after several months in this season, Real Madrid shown more problems over time with lack of ability to control match intensity which is like their biggest weakness so far. There is no more opportunity for Xabi Alonso to fix it but by realizing it very early, Xabi Alonso already proved his good management capability.

In remaining months, I believe that Real Madrid won't get better results and ending with titles in this season as Arbeloa is not a person who can bring them to success. At the end it all comes down to decisions made by the management, well it bad for Perez to sack Alonso especially at this period of time, he could have allow him to finish the season before at least sacking him. One thing we all know for sure is that Xabi is not a bad coach and for what he did at leverkusen have shown a lot of people how good he his, well maybe it might not work out for him at Madrid but I believe it will elsewhere.

I would still continue to say this, Real Madrid are below standard, the kind of players they sign nowadays are below their standard. Real Madrid is not a team that signs young players and hope they become gem in the future but rather they sign players that are already Gem. The Real Madrid President, Florentino Perez, is a very experienced and smart person. This man knows very well on when to choose head coach and when to support star players. He masters how to manage a very big club like Real Madrid with full of star players, world class head coaches who all have very high ego and can have serious conflict with each other anytime.

About Ronaldo and Messi, again I disagree with you with another point in this post, they several times did not show respect to head coaches at their clubs. If you said they completely respected all head coaches they have worked with by far in their player careers, it's baseless and you can check with google for further information. Florentino Perez has contributed a lot to Real Madrid over the years. There is no doubt on that. But I just don't like the way he handles things at the team this season.    It turns out he actually sacked Xabi Alonso!

Xabi Alonso and the players both were shocked it is said when it happened. Instead he needed to do only one thing. To set a meeting with the players and tell them to know their places in the team. They just can't act like that against their manager. That's it.
