At the moment it seems to me that Athletic Bilbao are going through a difficult period this season, because today they drew again in another match against Real Sociedad. Based on their statistics, it seems that they are only a few points ahead of the relegation zone, however Real Sociedad had a better chance of winning this game as they managed to secure a 2-1 win over Barcelona.

Sociedad's performance as a visiting team was impressive as they took the lead in the 37th minute but I noticed that in today's match against Athletic Bilbao Club, Real Sociedad's Mendez received a red card in the 83rd minute. As far as I understand since then, this team became disorganized in the midfield, as a result the Athletic Club was finally able to show magic and everyone may have noticed this they were able to equalize with three minutes left in the game.

If not for the lapses Barcelona experience when Lewandowski and Raphina were absent due to injury in the first leg of Laliga, I don't think Real Madrid will be near close to where Barcelona is right now on the table. They gap them with 7 points with that privilege then but Barcelona close that page after back to back wins and added extra 4 points, until Ansi Flick under play the team with Real Sociedad which resulted to loss but despite that, they look stronger.

Compare the last week match between Real Madrid and Barcelona, Real Madrid struggled to win Vallecano, they had to even be given penalty to have a lead goal against Vallecano even after series of Red card, they couldn't contain Vallecano. This still show Real Madrid are weak vessels bragging on old glory, there is nothing spectacular about the team if not Mbape that has been putting their names on places, by now even Atletico Madrid will be better than them.

Barcelona is still ahead of real Madrid with one point which isn't a big margin. I blame barcelona because their are the true cause real Madrid are being close . Barcelona were leading real Madrid with seven points and that time real Madrid were far behind struggling catch up to them but barcelona fucked up because they fail to maintain consistency to widen the points gaps. Real Madrid has picked form so I don't think it would be that easy for them to drop points. However Barcelona is stronger & more consistent than Madrid. Barcelona still holds the higher ground in the LaLiga.

Seeing Real Madrid's very poor performance right now also makes me very confident that Barcelona will be able to win the title this season without significant pressure, even though Barcelona is currently only 1 point ahead. However, I think with the season still being very long, that doesn't matter much. What is certain is that Barcelona's performance is much better compared to Real Madrid right now, and I think that is the benchmark that makes Barcelona's chances of winning the title much higher than Real Madrid's.

Real Madrid are not in their best form and don't have good consistency in this season but it's not reason for Barcelona to play carelessly. Competing with a dangerous competitor like Real Madrid, if you lose points, you must assume to have big disadvantage.

Barcelona have been consistent in most of the matches in La Liga but we have seen their poor performance when players are injured. Last month Barcelona fell behind due to an unexpected defeat against Real Sociedad. It is not right to expect the same results from a team performance all the time because there can be bad form among the players or injury problems. Considering all the factors, Barcelona have not played well in some matches but overall they are a much stronger and more consistent team than Real Madrid.

When Barcelona plays against a team, you may be able to predict a win or a loss but in the case of Real Madrid you will have to doubt your prediction because the team is not confident about winning. Sometimes they win against strong opponents and sometimes they lose against weak opponents.

Even with real Madrid at best performance we can still tell that, one team in the laliga that is always holding down real Madrid is Rayo Vallecano, and this is not something of today, it has been their in most of their last games they had in head to head. I can say they really tried to hold them this time, but it didn't work as the red card spoilt everything. Real Madrid are so lucky to even have that penalty which was successfully taken by Kylian Mbappe. Well this was a victory for them, even though with the last bit of luck they had, the point was what they needed.

Rayo Vallencano almost repeated history today, only to be robbed. The penalty awarded to Real Madrid in the last minute was never a penalty. The kick was a soft touch, and the defender was actually aiming for the ball.

Well, both Barcelona and Real Madrid have won their league games, nothing have change at the top. Let us watch out how the remaining games will turn out.

Real Madrid is always getting help one way or another or the other to win matches but they’re still the ones to complain about officiating the most.
Rayo Vallecano has never been an easy match for Real Madrid, I didn’t bet on this cos the outcome was a bit dicey but under 2.5 was on my mind unfortunately I didn’t add it.
Real Madrid needs to find their form and play like a team, the fact that only Kylian Mbappe is scoring all their goals is a huge problem but I guess they’re not seeing it like that.

Ok, the battle of the top teams is over, no surprises... Madrid and Barcelona picked up 3 points leaving the points difference between them unchanged for this week. Now let's move on to the battle of the bottom teams.

Mallorca - Sevilla.



Mallorca is currently struggling to avoid relegation, while Sevilla is better than last season, but on paper, their strengths are not too different, as evidenced by the odds given by the bookie, if it was Sevilla home ground, I would be brave enough to take the risk, unfortunately, this is Mallorca home ground. The 1x2 and BTTS options, have high odds that are risky, so maybe the over/under is another option worth considering, or take the risk with a draw.

Barcelona is in very good form. They are able to perform well in both la liga and champions league. This is not an easy task. Even then, Hansi flick has been able to keep Barcelona's performance stable. Barcelona's overall performance is also stable. But even then, it canvnot be said for sure that Barcelona will be the champion. Their point difference with madrid is only 1 . So if Barcelona loses a point in a match, they will also lose the top spot in the table. Madrid continues  to try to capture the top spot in la liga.

Barcelona is clearly in great shape, I must say that they are very prepared this year they have been able to face a serious problem that then passed for forutna for them, clear that they must continue to play good games because otherwise they will not be able to win this championship

For me, Madrid aren't really threatening because if they were they wouldn't be making every game look so difficult. Imagine that you're desperate to win your game and then you score a goal and relax, forgetting that your opponents are fighting to get away from the relegation zone. Madrid were very lucky to have gotten that late penalty if not it would have been a shame that a team of their standards, playing at home and having a man advantage, couldn't win comfortably. So what if the penalty hadn't come in, that means it would have ended in a draw?
 Coming from a poor outing in the UCL should have served as a motivator to do better and not even allow their opponents any chances instead they got too comfortable like they owned the game but they couldn't act like it.

Few things are always need long arguments yet never been easy to predict about future results, just few weeks back, Real Madrid was miserable, but now they are back on their best track with 1 point difference from leaders Barcelona, it means anything can happen in upcoming weeks, the title race is still wide open between them.

Beating Villarreal is a good change for them but lost in champions league is also poor, still in upcoming days could be better as they are picking momentum and their performance and consistency always helps them for having their best. Good atmosphere in dressing room always brings good change in performance. Upcoming weeks could be more challenging, but they are still having enough depth to take challenges and stay alive for top spots in every event.

To be honest I'm a bit worried about what Arbeloa is doing now after a pretty impressive performance at the beginning it seems like they're a bit distracted in terms of performance even when facing Rayo yesterday they were a bit troubled to make 3 points at the Bernabeu.
This should be a reference for them to be able to maximize the moment even though in terms of capacity they are still quite capable but when their performance cannot be improved and some players still look like they want to highlight their individuals this could be a new problem for them.

Mastantuono is a pretty versatile player but it seems like he pushes himself a bit too much on the dribble when he plays and it's not too different from Vini although for now Vini seems to have toned down his habits a bit.
Madrid still need a lot of chemistry right now although they have been very good on some occasions but the same problem of a lot of individuality is still a problem for them.

Last night Madrid has bad news after Jude Bellingham get injury and out early, looking his injury possibility will absent for several matches later exactly missing the champion league playoff round against Benfica.

As they say in Italy, it pours on the wet.
Honestly, I think he is an important player and this absence will certainly create a lot of problems for the team which already has problems of its own.
I really wouldn't want to be Real Madrid manager right now, it seems like a really difficult situation.

I don't have a doubt with Real Madrid unable to catch up with Barcelona, somehow they do manage to get win but you don't win the trophy way up with penalties all the time. They won Vallecano in their home but it was through luck, that doest happen every week but when Barcelona play their games, they do it effortlessly and don't act rude all kind of games, you hardly see games that Barcelona has played this season and had a red card, it's very rare unlike Real Madrid.

They have lose all the season El clasico, there is one left before the end of the season which I'm sure they are going to lose again. All odds are against Real Madrid, the matches they have as line up is going to affect them in one way or the other, don't forget they still have a play off in the Champions League where they will have to fight before they get qualified for the knockout, they will go down this season again without any title but who cares, they are paying for their sins.

At least Real Madrid managed to secure a win in their last La Liga match. Although they struggled to keep up with their opponents, they ultimately secured the three points. Unfortunately, Beligham had to be withdrawn from that match due to injury, so his absence could pose a potential problem for the team in the next match, although Real Madrid has the option of bringing in other players. The points gap between the two is close so far, but Barcelona's improving form and Real Madrid's recent setbacks could be in Barcelona's favor.

Real Madrid's only hope lies when these two meet and that depends on the team's overall performance. A draw or loss would make it easier for Barcelona to win the trophy this season due to their advantage in points. Anything is possible, but considering Barcelona's improving performance, it seems Barcelona have a much better chance than Real Madrid.

Barcelona team is strong this season. The players are confident and the bond between them is also very strong. They have the ability to win both la liga and champions league titles. But it is not possible to predict for sure whether Barcelona will be the champion. Because the champions league is fiercely competitive. It is difficult to predict which team will win the title. Anyway, Barcelona is one of the worthy contenders for the champions league title.
Barcelona has a high chance  of winning the title in La Liga too. But they have to play  well consistently. Their point gap with Madrid is only 1. They have to try to increase this gap.

It will be a big task for Barcelona to win both trophies this season, the UCL has so many teams that are still hungry to win the Champions League title even their very own Madrid who have been stalking them in the la Liga is also fighting to win the UCL so it can't happen, but from how I see the Barcelona side I think they have so much energy to win the La Liga than the UCL, the seriousness in the champions league is very low. Having 1pt gap is not enough to say Madrid can not catch up and it seems like these days Madrid are some how being favored while we wait to see who would drop point first.
