This is a situation that carries a great risk, regardless of the team. Being solely dependent on Mbappe poses a significant risk for Real Madrid. Actually, this problem can occur in any team. If you're playing a game relying on just one player, you're in a very bad situation if that player gets injured. Most clubs this season have being performing unpredictabily this season, including even the bigger clubs, you can imagine what Manchester City played today in the premier league even with a leading goal at early stage, their still could not be able to win the match against Nottingham Forest with a 2:2 scores and now Manchester United is being defeated by Newcastle United, both in premier League, so expect anything to happen in the match La Liga have not really been different from premier League in team performance.

Why did you feel like Real Madrid will win the domestic league? I supported the fact that Real Madrid wont win the domestic league. A team that will win the domestic league is a team that can take as much 3 point from the underdogs in that league. If you can't win those teams, then you can't win the league,e because in big games, you are not sure of getting a point there. Barcelona is the only consistent team that has taken more points from the underdogs.

Same here. Real Madrid has no chance of winning any title this season. As of March 2026, Real Madrid is still competing in 2 competitions, which are the domestic league and the Champions League.

For me, I believe they can't win the domestic league. And as for the Champions League they have to go through Manchester City first before I will make any conclusion on that matter.

Real Madrid performance doesn’t look like a team that will win any league title this season, because a team that will be to win any of this trophy, is suppose to be dominating atleast one of them but Real Madrid haven’t done that. They are still struggling especially the champions league, Real Madrid is struggling which they are not like that before.

The la Liga competition Barcelona doesn’t look like a team that will leave that top position for Real Madrid, they are ready for the title also, and with all indication Barcelona full concentration will be on the La liga competition till when they see that they are able to to give Real Madrid many gaps as they can, to ensure they will be winning the title. Barcelona has been performing well since the beginning of this season. Due to which they have been able to gain more points from the underdog teams. Because they did not want to lose their glory. However, Real Madrid is trying to regain their position, maybe they can take points from the underdogs in the future and become equal to Barcelona. However, Real Madrid should play to maintain their glory as much as possible. You are correct, the chances they had should have counted and I don't even believe that Atletico Madrid would allow Barcelona score up to 3 goals almost made it 4nil to level the score line, it would have been a big disaster for Diego Simone. This is why they find it hard to keep more clean in any competition. La Liga title should be their next target and if it comes to the champions league I don't think they have a chance of getting to the final because the clubs we have that are in the top 5 favorite are no nonsense clubs and Barcelona can't go far with this style of play they have at the moment unless something productive happens if not no way for Barcelona playing the final of the UCL

Even if they hadn't been eliminated in the cup match, it wouldn't have affected the league. Because apart from the final, they had already played all the possible matches they could. I don't think a single match would have any impact on the league. If they had been eliminated in earlier rounds, then we could talk about its effect on the league.

They will play 5 matches in the next 17 days. Handling this pace is not easy. There will definitely be rotation. Players who usually get fewer minutes need to make extra contributions. If they get through this schedule without damage, they will be in a strong position for both trophies.

Any tournament that requires first and second leg, the qualification is always determined by the first leg. How can you allow yourself to be scored 4 goals in the first leg and you expect to stage a miraculous come back.
4 goals was much for Christ's sake, Barcelona has realised and paid for their sin.

This was exactly why Juventus didn't qualify for th champions league. They messed up their chances to a greater level in the first leg. Even when they staged a surprising welcome back, it needed only Osimhen's one goal turn up to change the narratives. They lost one title, they should focus on others.

The point is,, Real Madrid is very different now from the Real Madrid of the past, where Real Madrid had very good players and their performance could be said to be quite even. So, in the past, Real Madrid could win when competing even though they fielded second-string players. For years, Barcelona has been getting eliminated due to remarkably poor performances in away matches. On top of the Roma and Liverpool disasters Atletico Madrid fiasco has now been added to the list. You might be a big club but if you are visiting a powerhouse team you cannot expect to breeze through the round by playing an open game. Defense too is a reality of football.

Barca really had a good game against Atletico Madrid in the secod leg, I could see the passion for a comeback from the beginning of the game and they displayed a true champions performance, even though they could not meet the four goal deficit gap.

To be honest, Barcelona went into yesterday's 2025/26 Copa del Rey second leg with a desire for revenge and they won the second leg with a 3:0 score line but we noticed that they wasted major opportunities in the first leg. I would say that Barcelona may have been knocked out by Atletico Madrid 4-3 but Barcelona may be feeling positive after these two semi-finals, even it can be said without a doubt that this team had immense confidence against Atletico Madrid in the second leg of the Copa Del Rey semi-final. However, there are still challenges ahead for both teams as we can see that the Catalans will have to beat Newcastle in the Champions League and Atletico Madrid must beat Tottenham in the UCL round of sixteen game.

Now i don't know what they are and how they can be solved. i am just saying that there were significant problems that were never solved and that rightly now they are reappearing.

The problems are not solved and will certainly not be solved in the short term, the lack of significant funds to make investments is still being felt.
They make it clear that the funds are there, but considering the facts i don't think there is all this availability.
I would say that change must happen at the first stop in the team, the coach has a fundamental role but he is not the only one responsible for an up-and-down trend in the team.

Not sure what kind of rotation Hansi might use, but most of these games aren’t against weak teams.. My guess is that he’ll stick with the same starters, but make early substitutions depending on how quickly they can secure the game. It’s quite an important week ahead for them.
They are  also having some latest injuries [Balde, Kounde & De jong] adding to the existing list.

After falling behind 4 -0 in the first leg, was it really possible to qualify for the copa del rey fina l? Atletico madrid played defensively from the start of the match. Even then, barcelona tried their best to  win. They also attacked a lot. But they could not score more  than three goals. If they had  not performed so badly in the first leg, barcelona could have  won the Copa del Rey this season.

However, Barcelona can now focus on la liga and the champions league. They still have a chance to win these two titles. Especially if they do not make mistakes in the upcoming matches in La liga, they have the best chance of  becoming champions.
