What could possibly be the best solution to improve Real Madrid performance other than getting the good players for the right position. Right before Anceloti left Real Madrid, the majot problem of the club was obvious, the most part of it is the defense. The club was busy investing in forward without protecting the back line, you don't win match with only forward without better back line when all of them are prone to multiple injuries, almost all of them are managing.

Xabi was one of the perfect gentleman that can handle Real Madrid, look at the average players he used in Leverkusen to win Bundesliga league, they were not the expensive players but did more than what these players are doing at this club. Some time's i wonder how some club management reason they are planning for a new coach at this point where the season is almost coming to an end like who is that coach they are trusting on to this extent that can come and do some abracadabra and win the league for them, and if you think such move favor Michael Carrick you should also think back and realize that Michael Carrick was once a Manchester united player that understand how the team work and once a deputy manager in that same Manchester united so he quite understand the club, now they are feeling the absent of Xabi Alonso and this is just the beginning.

This is a great point, however, for me Arbeloa isn't the solution. It's a shame that a coach like Klopp isn't already on the team. I think Florentino should make it happen, no matter what he's paid. It's time to invest in the quality the club deserves. For that reason, they must give their all in the remaining matches. This is the worst Real Madrid team that has ever existed, and I thought Ancelotti's was the worst, but neither Xabi nor Arbeloa are any good. They need to act quickly.

They may not have these players you mentioned simply because their era has passed but they have players that can replaced them and as for Barcelona I think they have a good midfielder which Pedri and Real Madrid have Jude Bellinghan and some others though Jude is an attacking midfielder. This is not the first time they are going to play each other this season they have played each other about twice or more this season but this one is going to be tough because Real Madrid will be trying to close the gap and Barcelona will also be trying to maintain the point difference.
