Actually, Real Madrid also has a lot of players who score goals. They score some really nice goals from long range with Valverde. Vinicius Junior is a very effective player and sometimes he can pull a rabbit out of a hat. Lately, Tchouameni has scored a few goals. They are contributing, but as a manager, I think they are having problems. Maybe Ancelotti should come back to Real Madrid. I haven't seen the kind of play they had under him again.
Ancelotti knew how to manage a team very well, I think he was able to do that largely thanks to his extensive experience working with different clubs and his ability to find the right approach to players. But I doubt that Ancelotti will be able to return to Real Madrid anytime soon, because he is currently busy with his job as the head coach of the Brazil national football team.

I’m also not sure whether Perez would be ready to change the coach at such an important stage. It’s the end of the season in the league and the playoff stage of the UEFA Champions League. This is a very responsible period, when a change of coach and a restructuring within the team would most likely have a negative impact.

Changing managers during this period could be a double-edged sword, it could prove to be a huge failure (very easy to happen) as it could prove to be a revolution for Real Madrid.
But do you think they would risk such a situation?
No doubt Ancelotti is the manager (currently) who could take over the reins of Real Madrid, but right now I highly doubt there is any interest in this direction.
Real Madrid have no shortage of players, despite injuries they still have a very strong team, but little exploited.

I think everyone knows they need a good manager to utilize their full potential. I'm sure Real Madrid's management knows this too. Bringing in the Castilla manager to a team aiming for the Champions League wasn't a smart move at all. They've already started dropping points in the league. They face a tough Champions League tie against Manchester City. This will be a real test for Arbeloa.

Snip.

It doesn't really matter if the management promotes the Castilla manager to the first team, but if he isn't given the opportunity, the management will never know the extent of the coach's abilities. Real Madrid management wants to try to repeat the success story when they promoted Zidane to the first team, but this time the situation is very different, the current Real Madrid squad is not comparable to the squad that Zidane had before. I think Arbeloa future depends on Real Madrid success this season. If he fails to win a trophy (La Liga or the Champions League), the management will likely look for a more competent coach.

I think it was a wrong decision for real madrid to appoint arbeloa as manager. Maybe they were not happy with alonso. Alonso did not  meet the expectations of the Madrid management. But the madrid management should have given  him some more time. By sacking alonso, they appointed someone who has no experience as interim manager. A squad like madrid needs an experienced manager to  properly manage. The lack of an experienced manager is the reason why Real madrid's performance  is so erratic now.

Even if Arbeloa wins the cup, I don't think he'll be Real Madrid's main manager. Real Madrid will definitely get a new manager. If they don't, they should. If they don't bring in an experienced and good manager, they can forget about winning the cup in both Europe and Spain. Because right now, the biggest deficiency in this team is the lack of a good manager. And of course, they don't play well without Mbappé.
Even if Arbeloa managed to win the title for Real Madrid this season, he won't mind the affairs of Real Madrid next season, because there's a rumour that Real Madrid management are weighing in the possibility of Allegri becoming Real Madrid next manger after the end of the season. Real Madrid management will definitely bring in an experienced and good manager because they know Arbeloa isn't the right man for the Real Madrid managerial job and he can't lead Real Madrid to success.

Perez will look for an experienced coach next season, as Arbeloa was only assigned until the end of this season. Perez has no intention of replacing Arbeloa for the remainder of the season, as it would have a big impact on Real Madrid's performance in La Liga and the Champions League.

Alonso initially started his mission at Real Madrid very well but some players may not have wanted it the way he wanted. There are some internal issues within the team that are not publicized but it is believed that he did not have a good relationship with some of the senior players in the team. They did not want Xabi to be in charge of the team and those players did not perform well. But the team management is trying to find a solution by changing the manager instead of solving the main problem within the team. Arbeloa is still a newcomer and the management is not experimenting with him to manage the matches and review his tactics but I think he will not last long at Real Madrid either.

It's no secret anymore, and everyone knows it. We'll probably see a new manager at the end of the season. They need to bring in a manager before the transfer window opens so he can build a team with the players he wants. I don't know who Real Madrid's manager will be, but we'll definitely hear a lot of news about it this summer.

But it was obvious, the current one was just a temporary stopgap, a sort of ferryman who would carry Real Madrid until the end of the championship.
So, to understand, i already knew it. It makes sense if you think about it, this current one isn't adequate, he's just a good coach who has to limit the damage.

You are actually right, the purpose of hiring arbeloa as the head coach of real madrid team is for him to stabilize the team and take away that constant fight and controversy between the coach and most of the players.
They went for him because they knows that he can be easily controlled and he will do anything he is asked off, knowing fully well that he doesn't have the capacity to challenge for major honours like most of the names they are going for right now.
So at the end of the season, he might be relegated to his previous position at the club or he might be added as one of the assistants to the new coach, but I am confident that he will still be part of the club.

This is very true as Ancelotti's time in football is drawing to a close. He is only a matter of time before he announces that he has had enough of his time in the game. He feels satisfied with his achievements both as a player and coach although currently still tied to the Brazilian national team as we are discussing here his retirement is approaching.

They have to do it from now on because Arbeloa's position at Real Madrid will not last like the Ancelotti and Zidane era because we can see overall Arbeloa's potential in managing a team as big as Real Madrid is not suitable this is because many parties do not want Arbeloa to continue to be the permanent coach of the team this is because of the lack of experience that Arbeloa has so that currently it is more suitable to manage a team that is still competing below or a team that has just been promoted and the promotion is not to a competition that has a strong team in the competition so that an example is not far that we need to provide a review of how Xabi Alonso experienced when managing the team even though he already had a reputation for winning one of the teams competing in the Bundesliga but ultimately still felt fired by Real Madrid.

This is one point we do not talk about much, players not wanting a coach could actually be a huge challenge to the coach but what we see the most is the part where we get to blame the coach for a poor performance whereas the players are silently working towards his exit maybe because they do not align well with his person and style of managing the team, this has happen with several big teams and i will not doubt if this could be the case with Xabi.

Perez will look for an experienced coach next season, as Arbeloa was only assigned until the end of this season. Perez has no intention of replacing Arbeloa for the remainder of the season, as it would have a big impact on Real Madrid's performance in La Liga and the Champions League.
This season only has 11 La Liga matches left, and changing the coach with so few games remaining would be really risky. Madrid’s current performance also isn’t that bad, it's actually better than when they were under coach Alonso. So that might be why Arbeloa is still being kept. On the other hand, their performance in the UCL hasn’t been too disappointing either, and Arbeloa also has a good approach with the Madrid players, which helps create solid teamwork.

Changing managers during this period could be a double-edged sword, it could prove to be a huge failure (very easy to happen) as it could prove to be a revolution for Real Madrid.
But do you think they would risk such a situation?
It doesn't seem likely. Real Madrid is unlikely to replace their coach during this period, especially with just 11 La Liga matches remaining, and Real Madrid still in second place, four points behind Barcelona. Furthermore, finding an experienced coach is also difficult in these circumstances, as new coaches need time to adapt and It is rare to achieve success in a short time.

Honestly I don't see any need to replace coach now because the season is almost over already so they should manage till the end of the season because sometimes it is hard for a new coach to understand a team perfectly and work well with them though Michael Carrick did it for Manchester united but it may not be same thing for Real Madrid but we can not tell. 11 game is still a long way to go and Barcelona can still give them chance that is if Real Madrid will be consistent in their winning.

No doubt Ancelotti is the manager (currently) who could take over the reins of Real Madrid, but right now I highly doubt there is any interest in this direction.
Real Madrid have no shortage of players, despite injuries they still have a very strong team, but little exploited.

What could possibly be the best solution to improve Real Madrid performance other than getting the good players for the right position. Right before Anceloti left Real Madrid, the majot problem of the club was obvious, the most part of it is the defense. The club was busy investing in forward without protecting the back line, you don't win match with only forward without better back line when all of them are prone to multiple injuries, almost all of them are managing.

Xabi was one of the perfect gentleman that can handle Real Madrid, look at the average players he used in Leverkusen to win Bundesliga league, they were not the expensive players but did more than what these players are doing at this club. The club also failed to address the common differences between the players and the coach which escalated the background relationship of the team and then he decided to leave which is high justified in all ways.

If Real Madrid has enough good players but they are performing bad, why not just change the manager instead? If the players will later be performing bad, change of manager can help a football club to perform good but which can be for a short period of time. I may be wrong but I am speaking from what I have seen before several times in football.

There was a time few months ago that I think Real Madrid was above Barcelona, and I thought Barcelona may not be able to meet up with the club, but when I check the club 2 or 3 weeks ago, I saw Barcelona at the top and the outright is not more than 1.2 odd.

Some time's i wonder how some club management reason they are planning for a new coach at this point where the season is almost coming to an end like who is that coach they are trusting on to this extent that can come and do some abracadabra and win the league for them, and if you think such move favor Michael Carrick you should also think back and realize that Michael Carrick was once a Manchester united player that understand how the team work and once a deputy manager in that same Manchester united so he quite understand the club, now they are feeling the absent of Xabi Alonso and this is just the beginning.

This is a great point, however, for me Arbeloa isn't the solution. It's a shame that a coach like Klopp isn't already on the team. I think Florentino should make it happen, no matter what he's paid. It's time to invest in the quality the club deserves. For that reason, they must give their all in the remaining matches. This is the worst Real Madrid team that has ever existed, and I thought Ancelotti's was the worst, but neither Xabi nor Arbeloa are any good. They need to act quickly.

I am not daring enough to say that Real Madrid players are not good; in fact, in my opinion, Real Madrid players have good quality in all positions. However, the problem now lies with the coach who cannot utilize this to produce good performance, so the decline in a team's performance heavily depends on the strategy applied by the coach.

And if we look since Arbeloa became the coach of Real Madrid, I think the management of Real Madrid ought to take decisive steps so that this team can develop. If not, I think nothing can be expected from Real Madrid this season, and I am even convinced that they will not be able to win any trophy.

Real Madrid team management has made it easy for them to make any decision because they have changed two coaches in a row. Carlo Ancelotti was an experienced coach but he was sacked before the end of last season and another young and experienced coach Xabi Alonso was appointed but he was also sacked by the team management within six months. The current appointed coach Álvaro Arbeloa is in risk. He may also be relieved of his duties soon because Real Madrid's team performance is not satisfactory.
