Real Madrid has failed to win the league since last season due to their lack of consistency, Real Madrid would be leading the table with huge gap from Barcelona, but at end they bottled the league.

It’s not strange that Real Madrid has built some level of dependency on Mbappe, he joined the team to do just that and his got it with the entire team always looking out for him on the pitch to take shots on goal and when his not on the pitch, they tend to take a little more time to get into shooting range before attempting. I do not know your yardstick of measurements for which you concluded Barcelona is better than Madrid, positionally on the table, Barcelona actually is but if we go beyond that, we will see that they both have their weak and strong spots which keeps them at advantage and even disadvantage at some points.

The defensive struggle has never been a new thing, he has had this issue from beginning and it's as if that's how be wants his team to play. He doesn't seem bothered about it and he's certainly not looking to improve it better. The team is doing well and his philosophy is to win games by scoring as many goals as possible. With this style I don't think having a strong defense is important rather he should focus on strengthening the attack so they can outscore any opponent they face.
Adding a few options in the defense is good so of they add a new CB then it will be good too but only one CB will not fix their defensive problem.

It is true that madrid is suffering in the absence of Mbappe. At the same time , their performance is weak due to the lack of an experienced  manager. Arbeloa has not been able to stabilize  the team. And I am not satisfied with madrid's match strategy.

Mbappe and bellingham have suffered injuries at the same time. Both are important players in madrid's squad. Their attack is now quite  weak due to the absence of these two players. Although they won against celta vigo in the last match, their performance  was not good.

Barcelona is in good shape. The team is at the top of the points table. Real madrid is 4 points ahead of them. So even if they lose one match, the top spot of the table will be in barcelona's possession. Perhaps now Hansi flick will focus on the champions league.

We could have seen Barcelona's position better than Real Madrid. In the middle of the season, almost all of Barcelona's players were injured, and Barcelona lost a lot of matches. If Barcelona had not faced such a situation at that time, we would have seen a much bigger gap in the points table now. Hansi flick has been able to strengthen Barcelona. He has made the bonding between the players stronger. Especially  the young players of Barcelona are gradually becoming experienced. As a result, barcelona's overall performance is becoming stronger. This is definitely Flick's contribution. But I agree with you that Barcelona's defense is not strong enough. We have seen barcelona's defense collapse badly in several matches. Barcelona lost 4-0  against Atletico madrid in the Copa del Rey match. I don't think they're having a major problem. Looking at their recent matches, I don't see them conceding too many goals; yes, there might be minor mistakes, but still, the team is one of the teams that has conceded the fewest goals this season. If the current players don't start playing better before the transfer window opens, as you said, a transfer might be made. But this situation will change; not every team can always play at the same quality of football

Hansi Flick is a very good coach and he has been performing very well since he came to Barcelona to be honest right now he’s one of the best coach in the world he used players from Barcelona Academy to form this great Barcelona team right now, it is not every coach that can do that Barcelona spend less money in any transfer window compared to Real Madrid but they are still doing very well. he’s a great coach. And he will continue doing better. if Barcelona can come out from this debt and they give Hansi Flick huge amount of money to sign any player of his choice, trust me Barcelona will turn out to be the best club in the world, I know Barcelona wants Victor Osimhen in there club but they can’t afford him. lack of finance is just there problem.

It's too early to judge based on one season (or even the second, which will be the current one), as Barcelona's success so far is clearly based on Real Madrid's injury epidemic. I'm not saying Barcelona didn't deserve to win, only that there was a lack of competition. Regarding Flick's performance, I have many questions about the defense. It's been and remains Barcelona's weak point. This is usually the coach's direct responsibility, defense is the foundation of everything, and if it's not there in the playoffs, every disaster becomes fatal.
