According to the news José Mourinho has informed Real Madrid that he does NOT want star name signings.
He wants HUNGRY players, who would run a lot and FIGHT for the badge, and have no EGO.
I believe mourinho is going to make a very good and perfect coach in Real Madrid and his going to fully have total control of the dressing room and the players is going to follow his lead because he really don’t give a fuck if you are a star player or not so is either you follow his direction or you stay on the bench or better still leave the club, at this moment I believe all the players are hungry for a trophy so they will follow his lead.

Every manager with what they want and how they wish to run the club. I hope Real Madrid listens to him and allow him make signing himself, they've got too many star players at different position, if Mourinho makes his choice of player, i think Real Madrid next season will excel.

Next season can't pass without Real Madrid winning a trophy, it is going to change our view on how we see them, Mourinho as a good addition to the club, i'm sure his influence and decision will resuscitate the club.

Jose Mourinho already discussed with Real Madrid president that he will sign the contract only with own demand  if his criteria meet up with his demand than me (Jose Mourinho) will sign the contract otherwise denied will be the last choice. In demand Jose Mourinho ask that all players will be agreed to his decision. Besides that he will pick up those players who can do his work in better way and the last one is that Jose Mourinho will bring all of his own medical staff.....

So I hope Perez will do all of his possible effort to require hsi demand and as result Jose Mourinho will make the team quality better. Anyway next season is just on edge and I hope Jose Mourinho will start his job very soon and definitely his will turn on the better results for Real Madrid.

This is literally the perfect time to humble these players, and let them understand that there is a limit to certain attitudes, especially under a new manager. Perez needs to back off a little, and allow the new man in charge to do his job, because I want to assume that he was given a target to meet up with. You don't set targets for someone,.and still dictate how to meet that target.

A couple of players just left the Club for free, and I definitely believe that they're going to get replacements.

I disagree with you because Real Madrid signed Arda Güler for a very reasonable price and are currently benefiting greatly from him. Perhaps Real Madrid needs more transfers like that. They might be a team that can acquire good players at a reasonable price, but they also have the money and can pay more. When it comes to Real Madrid, many players already want to come because of the club's reputation. Mourinho might want to take advantage of this.

What’s with Mbappe again because people have finally created the illusion that the lad is actually the person that causes the misfortune at Real Madrid and many are of the opinion that he should be sold self which is definitely laughable because Mbappe isn’t the first person to be in this position where club he left actually starts to win elite tournaments like the wy PSG is going but this isn’t about Mbappe alone because many other great players have also tested the same fate. One thing jose love is He loves to be center of attraction and with that he would made all players players are he instructed and those who fails to do so will definitely need to leave. He his a very good coach, though tactically you can’t say he is excellent but he definitely knows how to get the job done. 2 seasons without a trophy will definitely be brought to and end, he knows how to win even though he will have to do it dirty, he will get the job done.
Real Madrid have been shortlisting some world class players which means we would be seeing names leaving Real Madrid after the World Cup.

Yes,, I agree with you, because it's true that a player like Mbappe is certainly very difficult to manage. Because when he was at PSG,, it seemed like even a coach like Enrique had a hard time reducing Mbappe's ego. So maybe PSG had difficulty winning a championship because Mbappe was indeed very difficult to manage. So that's why Mourinho also, it certainly won't be easy to conquer Mbappe's ego. If he doesn't bring in the necessary players, I'm not sure Jose Mourinho can make a significant difference to the team's progress. We know the quality of Barcelona right now, so Real Madrid must also be selective with their signings for next season. Real Madrid's current problems aren't solely the coach there are other issues affecting the team as a whole. Jose Mourinho's arrival is expected to bring about change, but he needs full support, both in determining new player selection and in dealing with selfish players.

I just watched a video when Mbappe did his handshakes with staffs in French national team in preparation before World Cup 2026, and I was not impressed with his attitude. He shown his high ego and he looked very arrogant, it's not good and I am skeptical about his performance in this World Cup. I am doubtful on how Mbappe will play together with Dembele and Olise during this World Cup in coming weeks.

I think Real Madrid will focus on solving their main problem. Right now, their main problem is the unrest within the team. Real Madrid needs to resolve this first. Perhaps if the internal unrest is resolved, they can even win the championship without making any transfers. They have such a good, high-quality squad. Of course, Jose Mourinho will make some transfers, and if the internal unrest ends, he can create a Real Madrid that can win the championship everywhere next year.
