Perez is losing his grip, that his impeccable leadership is fast fading, he’s been making the wrong decisions for a while now and José Mourinho for all his accomplishments is not the man Real Madrid needs right now but it is what it is, next season will tell the tale.

I think Jose Mourinho biggest concern next season will no longer be the Players, But maintaining Harmony within the team, both off the pitch, in training, and in the dressing room.

Some people are not happy with the latest Real Madrid players but wjt they don't know is that Real Madrid has wise up and don't want to spend money signing players again, they want to depend on player capabilities, such players that hs ambitious and will compete with each other. If any player can do better an earn their place, they will get started in each game, that was how Vinicious became a world class player in the club and become their number 7.

Two miserable seasons? I understand that Real Madrid weren't able to win any major trophy in that last two seasons which is absolutely unlike them but that I don't think is enough to tag it miserable. Florentino Perez is one man that's given his all in the last decade to make Real Madrid most consistent club in Europe, winning 6 UEFA Champions League trophies in 10 years.

A competent and experienced manager develops star players through proper guidance. If the players do not follow the instructions of that manager, the team will not be disciplined. Indiscipline among the players is a problem at Real Madrid. I have no doubt about José Mourinho's competence but if any player shows excessive arrogance or breaks discipline, the manager should put them on the sidelines. Yes,, that's for sure. If players like Vini or Mbappe remain stubborn like they are now, Mourinho won't hesitate to bench them. That's why I feel Real Madrid could improve if things go according to plan. However,, it's clear Mourinho won't be able to control his star players.
