Reported from Fabrizio Rumano, Barcelona announced not pay 30 million euro as buy option clause for permanent Marccus Rashford contract and exactly the players will return back to Manchester United as soon as possible. After success signing Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United and Barcelona have option for playing at Marcus Rashford position seems reason why the management not agree buy back clause with fees transfer 30 million euro.

I think Rashford playing well last season with Barcelona in La Liga with 28 appearance success scoring 8 goals and 7 assists, in Champion League he played 11 matches by scoring 5 goals with 3 assists but his solid and consistent performance still not enough yet get permanent contract from Barcelona.

Source : https://x.com/FabrizioRomano
Rashford's journey was already done when Barcelona decided to sign Gordon from Newcastle. No reason for Barcelona to waste more money to sign him for 30m, though it's a no brainer deal. Rashford has to take his bag, then go back to MU. It's predictable outcome.

I wasn't following La Liga very closely recently and only just now I learned that Jose Mourinho is about to sign up for his return to Real Madrid.
I have mixed feelings on whether or not he'll be able to lift the club up and bring it to its former glory, but he's a decent bet.
Like him or not, he's one of the most successful managers in history, with experience in many different major European leagues. He was managing Real back in 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons. In 2011/2012 he lead the club to its first La Liga title win since 2008 and they also broke a record for the most goals scored. He is said to have had some conflicts with star players, which resulted in his departure, which sounds familiar to what happened to Xabi Alonso, so I'm curious how his relations with players will look in the season to come.

Mourinho Can't Solve Madrid problem I was just thinking he is not the perfect one to manage this Madrid team the reason are simple they already manage and they know at that's time there were not insider ego issue at the squad but this time there are more serious issue then that's old one. If Mourinho really want to succeed in Madrid they need to sell one or two star from the squad it will be Mbappe or vini or any other player but 1 player can definitely leave Madrid otherwise the ego issue will make them worst and Madrid goes trophyless 3rd time in Row.

You got a point here, thanks for arguing smartly.

Do me a favour and answer: do you think they would be much better if they had a different coach? Klopp, Guardiola, what do you think?

I still think that, if you look at it player by player, Real Madrid is not the best team. Do you disagree?

Personally i believe that for the style of play that Real Madrid has, it needs to go much better with those coaches Klopp, Guardiola, in my opinion they can do very well compared to many others but they are highly expensive and then if they don't succeed it will make a mess on an economic level and that type of club doesn't like that.

There is a point in your words. Mourinho has to make some important decisions if he is to be successful as a manager. I have seen how important Mbappe has been for Real Madrid in the last two seasons. Vinicius has also made important contributions but there is a lot of criticism about him. As you said, as an arrogant player, I will definitely mention Vinicius because he is accused of prioritizing personal performance because when he goes for a goal with the ball, he is lax in passing the ball to his teammates. There are accusations about Mbappe that he plays football for personal performance rather than for the team to win. However, I do not believe that Mbappe can do this because every player has a personal desire to keep himself in good shape and increase the number of goals. He is no exception. Overall, you have to win or lose based on the team's performance.

I think the main problem for Real Madrid after Ancelotti left the team is the lack of discipline. There seems to be some misunderstanding among the players. When Alonso was there, there were also misunderstandings between the coach and the players. I can imagine that since Mourinho is a very strict coach who values discipline, he could also have conflicts with the players, just as Alonso did, perhaps even more. That is why I am a bit worried about what might happen to Real Madrid in the new season.

I am not so convinced that Real Madrid has a strong squad, why do you think so? Yes they have big names, Mbappe and Vinicius Junior, but I think they don't work too well with each other. They don't. It is not like the best harmony. Thinks about this, how far would 11 Mbappes get you? I think not very far, you need all the elements for a perfect game. Real Madrid doesn't have that team if you ask me.

Jose Mourinho could be the turning point for this team, the only one who can bring about a great return for Real Madrid, they have to concentrate and do well, they also have big names to buy and the club will certainly not hold back on signings, they will never, ever let strong players like those get away.

Anceloti was diplomatic and that tactics worked perfectly fine for Madrid. His flexibility made it easy for natural talent to adapt. The case of Mourinho been strict has been his nature. Although I love Anceloti kind of management where he gives world class players the room to express themselves on the pitch instead of forcing a rigid system on them.

But we all know Mourinho will prefer shouting and strict warnings over dialogs and laughing over mistakes. Everything is worth trying in my opinion lets just see what Mourinho comes up with this time, if he has a better man-management tactics this time.

Actually Kylian Mbappe was signed for free after his contract expired at PSG. Although there's a possibility that Mbappe received some signing bonus even though PSG received no money. I think Perez knows and understand Mbappe's ability well enough that he wouldn't just let him go because the the club and fans are complaining about him. No matter how bad the fans see Mbappe he's still their best player and attacker and Perez seems to know that, he knows he will play an important role in their team restructuring when they bring in a new manager.

Of course after the transformation Real Madrid will be better, all that is needed is patience and let Perez and the coach do their thing. Vinicius probably not happy that's why he wants to leave. If he does they definitely sign in a new player to replace him.

Kylian Mbappe left like a thief from Paris Saint-Germain, he couldn't wait to leave and he left with nothing, without earning Paris Saint-Germain a single euro, i believe that this is disrespect towards a club that made you grow and become what you are now, but your character has not improved and risks coming to a bad end at Real Madrid.

If I'm him, I will do the same, the maltreatment was very obvious, although it suit him well because he had the chance to leave the club with dignity but the power they gave him was all over his head, that's what he is still doing in the France national team, he loves control but what do I know, he had fame in his earlier age, so he is expected to behave that way, with time he will grow out of it and see it as nothing, people were there before him and they are gone.

Real Madrid are not helping but I hope things becomes better this season. There is a way you give leadership to players but make it business wise and not make it look like they have some sort of power to be bigger than the team. If today Mbape want to leave Real Madrid, I'm sure the club will be disorganized especially Perez but let Vinicious says he want to leave the club, you will see how much people that will support such move out of the club, that's a double standard in my opinion.

No words to express, just observations right now. But if I was still asked to choose who's worthy enough for the Real Madrid job right now, I'd be calling Jurgen Klopp for the role already.
What I expect is total seriousness from these players, because Jose Mourinho is the demanding manager also, maybe not as Pep Guardiola but also effective in his own way.

Jose Mourinho is a good manager and he was once at the top of his profession , but now he’s not as formidable as he once was. He is known for his pragmatic tactics, but the question is whether that strategy will remain effective if implemented on this day. Moreover, Mourinho also frequently criticises his players publicly , and I think that could well become a problem because many of the Real Madrid players are spoilt and some are Perez’s golden boys

What Real Madrid needs is not just a coach with a brilliant strategy , but also a commanding figure who can keep the dressing room under control. So if Jose Mourinho can do that (with those spoilt players) , then perhaps he’ll bring about some positive changes at Real Madrid. But if the opposite happens, then  he will be in the same boat as Xabi Alonso

Yes, I also don't know whether Mourinho will be able to bring Real Madrid success again or not this season. Because basically, the problem that must be resolved at Real Madrid is the ego of its players who are not recognized. So if Mourinho previously left Real Madrid because he had problems with the players, I think this time Mourinho should not do that. Because basically, at this point, Mourinho cannot lose again to his players, because basically, Mourinho's current mission is believed to be able to tame the stubborn players at Real Madrid.

But even so, I also have a little doubt at this time, because basically, currently, the stubborn players at Real Madrid are not just one, so it will certainly be very difficult for Mourinho if he does not take decisive steps such as selling the stubborn player. So right now, I am really very curious about what will happen to Real Madrid under Mourinho's tutelage. Because right now, many people seem to have a lot of faith in Mourinho. But I personally don't believe him 100%, because the current problems at Real Madrid are clearly very complicated and complex. So, it certainly won't be resolved in just one season.

Indeed if you think about it, Real Madrid doesn't lack great players because all of their players are strong. In fact, the coach's contribution significantly impacts Real Madrid's performance. Certainly, if the coach can utilize the existing real Madrid players, there's potential for Real Madrid to perform even better. In the Ancelotti era, Real Madrid's players certainly looked good because Ancelotti was indeed very good at strategizing. However, in my opinion, in the Ancelotti era, Real Madrid still had good midfielders like Toni Kroos, who of course always played well, ultimately making Real Madrid's attack look sharper. Meanwhile, Real Madrid currently seems to have not found a player like Toni Kroos, and this could be what has made it difficult for Real Madrid to win trophies lately

Yes, for the new real Madridd coach there's actually no excuse for a lack of players because with the new players and the old ones, they are certainly great players So, we'll see whether Jose Mourinho can lead Real Madrid to great achievements or not I'm curious about Real Madrid's performance in the coming season

in the Ancelotti era, Real Madrid still had good players rather than good midfielders, and this is the truth, i believe that there is a system that can work, but what this team lacks is the seriousness of having players who do their job in a polite and precise manner without going to dominate the others.

The main reason why Barcelona is not signing him is not because of the 30 million euro the main reason why Barcelona has decided not to sign him again is because of his salary, Barcelona can’t afford to have a player that won’t be starting regularly but collecting huge amount of money as salary staying on the bench.
Rashford is a very good and talented player and has done very well in Barcelona and was suppose to stay in Barcelona as a substitute, but Barcelona cannot afford to be paying him that huge amount of money as salary. This was just the main reason why they decided not to sign him.
I heard that Bayern Munich are interested to sign him he should accept if that is true because going back to Manchester United to play won’t be good for him.

Real Madrid has also been exploring other options; in fact, they have just made a €150 million offer to Atlético Madrid for Álvarez. I see Real Madrid’s transfer policy under Perez’s current presidency as truly aggressive, as the club aims to sign both Alvarez and Olise. I’m certain Perez will go all out to secure these two players, even if it means spending a lot of money. Especially since Perez has promised to spend heavily on top-tier stars to strengthen the team.

Real Madrid management is probably desperate to buy players. But madrid's current squad is strong enough. If Madrid management cannot resolve the internal conflicts in the squad, then even if they bring all the  best players in the world to Madrid, they will not be able to win the title.
Alvarez does not seem to be needed by madrid now. Madrid's attack is already very strong. But madrid needs a midfielder like Olise. If Madrid can add olise to the squad, they will definitely benefit.
Real Madrid’s current squad isn’t strong enough, especially in defense. Real Madrid needs to sign a few players, particularly good defenders. because the current defenders aren’t performing well enough and are even frequently injured. Yes, aside from bringing in good players, Real Madrid also needs to restore harmony in the locker room, and that’s the first task that management and Mourinho must tackle. I’m confident Real Madrid can certainly resolve the internal conflicts within the squad.

Well, regarding Alvarez, Real Madrid might not really need him. even though they made an offer to Atlético Madrid, it was likely just an attempt to rile up Barcelona. But as for Olise, Real Madrid clearly needs him, which is why Pérez is so determined to negotiate with Bayern Munich to secure him.

It is a personal choice for a player to stay in a club. Mbappe did not extend his contract with PSG as per the rules. This does not mean that he cheated the club. He is still consistent in his personal performance as he was the top scorer in La Liga last season and he has maintained his performance this season as well.
Mbappe is a talented player. He is not getting much success in the team that is true but from his personally he is playing well and getting success. You might say that he is not lucky enough to celebrate winning trophies. PSG has won the Champions League trophy in the last two seasons this does not mean that he has left the team. He contributed to the club he left and he is still playing better than he did there.

If it can't be solved with a more beautiful proverb with solutive communication then the worst solution is indeed to expel one of the players who have a high ego, even though they are good but if their ego is bad of course this will be a very heavy burden for Real Madrid in the future, I like this solution, but there needs to be deep communication first so that everything can be done for the team, because whoever the coach is, the result will be the same if the problem lies in the players who don't even submit to their own coach.

Rumors that Klopp would become Real Madrid’s coach have been circulating for quite some time, and although, as far as I know, Florentino Pérez admires Klopp, unfortunately Pérez did not offer him the coaching job. Klopp is a good coach, but perhaps Pérez prefers Mourinho because of the locker room issues currently plaguing the squad, perhaps Mourinho is seen as better suited to resolve those issues.

Rashford's journey was already done when Barcelona decided to sign Gordon from Newcastle. No reason for Barcelona to waste more money to sign him for 30m, though it's a no brainer deal. Rashford has to take his bag, then go back to MU. It's predictable outcome.
The fact is Barcelona can't really afford Marcus Rashford because they don't have the funds, the player they signed from Newcastle was really necessary they don't trust Marcus Rashford that much to rely on him so they will have to take that bold step to strengthen the front line with a more convincing player, what I mean by they can't afford Marcus Rashford is because the Anthony Gordon they just signed for that huge amount of money was actually funded from their project money, they money they want to use to extend their stadium Sportify Camp Nuo, so Marcus Rashford should just pack his things and head back to Manchester United where he will be on the bench till further notice.
