Sooner or later every player will leave and need ones will come in. So eventually he his going to leave but that will be after his prime. He his a very good player and for now he his playing a huge Role in the team, so I still think he will still be around for years.

It will never happen because Real Madrid gets nervous quickly and Perez has fired seemingly successful coaches before. Do I think it is right to do that? No I don't think it makes sense, but I don't feel pity for the coaches either because when you read what they get for being sacked, this is nowhere to be seen in normal peoples' lives. Mourinho will sign a 2 years or 3 years contract and if he gets sacked after 6 months, no problem he can go home with salary for the remainder of his contract, sit on the couch, eat potato chips and drink beer and get richer every minute.
