I agree with you that it was just a managed point gathering, I was very impressed with the way that Espanyol approached the game, it was an absolute joy to watch, when they scored the game was more intense, the Real Madrid defense looks shaky, I don’t know what Ibrahima Konate was doing in the defense, same old terrible and shaky performance as always when he was at Liverpool.

They were lucky to have scored in the late minutes of the game thanks to a goal from a player called Espi, who I have never watched play football, it’s good he is making a name for himself, I don’t always like Mourinho style of football because it’s an old fashion for me.

I don't think anyone should be surprised about how Real Madrid managed to snatch victory towards the end of the match, it is something very natural when the favorite team is really trying to find his victory. The tactics of the game between coaches are likely to be different, the intensity of attacks is increased when it is mandatory since behind, especially towards the end of the second half. I honestly don't see anything different, but it's hard to judge something perfectly at the beginning of the season.

Footballers are accustomed to such situations; it is part of the job. These things happen when a player whom the fans want to keep decides to leave, and the fans make it clear that they do not want that to happen.

When a footballer wants to transfer to a big club, they accept the risk of facing such situations. In my opinion, this does not put pressure on the player; these are simply things inherent to the nature of football.

This is yet another toxic and hate relationship I dislike between a club I like and also a player I like. He can request for a loan spell somewhere else at least to get enough game time since they are refusing to sell either to Real Madrid or Barcelona.

It is a good start by Mourinho getting the win from away. Real Madrid fans are well known for their impatience towards a new coach, they expect a lot of miracles out of the blue. Let's not forget in a hurry that Mourinho and some other players were signed to the Real Madrid team this season. You wouldn't expect Mourinho to get it right with all the Real Madrid players at once, without a few mistakes found in the team to question the team's performance.

However, I do believe that with a little bit of time given, Mourinho will align the frontline and defense line of Real Madrid to be formidable as it ought to. This opening match is not what we will use to judge Real Madrid  performance for the season

It is not a crime to voice out your feelings and make people understand what you want. Atletico Madrid shouldn’t make this difficult for all parties involved. This way won’t profit anyone, but I think Atletico Madrid will lose more, because they will continue paying the wages and he won’t be playing. Sell the player and reinvest the money in another player. There are many players out there that are playing better than Julian Alvarez. Scout them and invest. Let this player go to the club of his dreams, don’t stand in his way. The fans don’t like him again and doesn’t want the club again, let everyone part ways and let there be peace and harmony in all camps.

This is not only the tactics of Carlo Ancelotti, Álvaro Arbeloa also won most of his matches in the second half when he was their coach and it seems like what is becoming a culture for Real Madrid, they get more serious in the second half unlike the first half where they appear weak. That is not a good tactics in my opinion because if it might lead them to lose matches especially if their opponents first score 2 goals ahead. Overall performance of Real Madrid was intelligent, Jose Mourinho has proven that he is the special one and as such he is making everything possible to bring the team alive again. Barca first eleven 11 looks weak to take on Elche at home with that squad leaving some key players on the bench, we are eager to see what Barcelona will play after belittling real Madrid not to have played well yesterday. Elche has always been giving Barcelona hard time to win and also very strong at home. Barcelona barely won Elche last season and same thing is expected to happen today. I doubt and hoped for Barca not to win this match as it will be a very good advantage for Real Madrid if they loose today's match but unfortunately for Real Madrid Barca is already winning with a goal up.
