You are right. I don't expect Real Madrid to improve much this season based on their current performance. But Barcelona have been winning consistently since the beginning and they are performing very well. Now considering all the last matches of both teams, Barcelona has not lost a single match so far. Real Madrid have already lost two matches and their goal scoring is also much lower than Barcelona. Just think about Barcelona's last match, where they won 3-0 despite not having Raphinha. These guys need to calm down oo. They cannot afford all these inconsistencies they are causing here and there. Real Madrid needs all hands on deck now to get to where they need to get to so any form of causing red cards are not really the best for the team. If you ask me of what happened, I will say it is a yellow card offense in my opinion however what he did by holding the player on his hair was an act that was completely avoidable and as a result could cause for the referee to take such decisions. I never thought personal issues would affect a player's performance unless they were directly related to the team. So, if we see Vinicius not playing well this season, then that is simply who he is this season. That is my opinion, you might have your own & that is fine.

With the current Barcelona I don't think Real Madrid will have any chances in coming out victorious in that match, El classico is an important match that will determine who will win the league between real Madrid and Barcelona. Vinicius Jr will only miss two match ban after the red card against Villarreal. Vinicius is such an aggressive player, we already knew about that so his actions were not surprising at all because he does that frequently. He will miss Real Madrid match against Sevilla and the El Clasico against Barcelona.

In Real Madrid recent matches, I don't think that Vinicius is that productive so I believe his absence may not really make any difference. Kylian Mbappe will be fit to play in the El Clasico, except a recent injury happens before then since he will play in the Champions League match against Roma tomorrow and possibly against Sevilla in the La Liga before the El Clasico.

Vinicus has become a clumsy person since after he lost the award to Rodrigo, he came back the next season and everyone since then his season has been worse.
