They are still joining in the crap exchange site and i thought that these players are the investors who are not getting the ticket from the big exchange site's IEO. Remember there will be only limited seat to able invest in IEO that held by big exchange site. That's why the complaint will always there consider that thing.
Not all of IEOs in small exchange sites are having a performance like IEo that runs by big exchange site but some coin may surpass IEO on big exchange site's performance

You are right, the investor can and should put pressure on the project team. A lot of obligations on the cryptocurrency market are not fulfilled on time.

Because some investors do not get real project but now lot of investors happy for IEO, since IEO now very popular then investors profits ablity increase. Those projects are more profitable if there listing IEO in popular exchange like binance, gate, kucoin.

The answer is clear, any investor complaining of not getting a good return from any IEO or complaining of getting scammed must have participated in an IEO conducted on a "not-so-good" exchange. Binance, gate, Kucoin etc users who participated in their IEOs can't say such because it has always proven to be a success. One thing about IEOs we should understand is that, irrespective of what the project is offering, the success of that project's IEO to a great extent depends on the exchange it's taking place although what the project is offering also counts.

basically not everyone complains for the reason they joined IEO from a bad exchange or a new low volume exchange? everyone has different reasons but I can conclude that most people complain or despair, maybe because they have lost confidence or have suffered a great loss in the past.

unlike before project are fast to be listed in an exchange and they can double their money like in just a week or so
but now they need to wait for months to be able to get their capital because of some scam projects
also now projects are always 50/50 chance to be launch in the market even a well advertise projects sometimes
fails even before they been listed to an exchange , because the developer sometimes disappear once they already
collected amount of money from investors, so we can blame them complaining because as an investor I want to get profit not losses

yeah, investors are complaining maybe because they feel the way the project team works is not so good or very slow.

and i think complaining isn't so bad if it's not too much. as you said, complaints raised by investors will make developers speed up and work efficiently. and of course it will be good for the development of the project.

There are so many reasons for complains but the biggest one is the token price. Only IEOs that were held on major exchanges brought profit to investors, and all other fundraising methods failed in 2019. The lucky ones took part on Binance IEO and 90 percent of others failed to gain profit.

some investors will, of course, complain when a project does not go according to the roadmap, or what they are planning. but, sometimes it's their own fault. some investors don't do research when they try to invest in IEO. what we need to understand is that not all IEOs have a guarantee of success. currently so many IEOs have been completed and have a market, it's just that the tokens from IEO do not have volume and buyers. well, that happened because basically the project wasn't interested in many people. of course investors will begin to make complaints, especially when the team does nothing to develop their products. Well, be a smart investor.

In IEO, the project listed will be depends on the exchange itself. A good exchange will have many requirements to list IEO project.
And if they listed there, it means they are very qualified for investors.

I don't think that people complain only for reasons not following a successful IEO project. in general, everyone complains for different reasons, but that is normal in this market. it's better to think hard ahead and not look back even though someone has suffered heavy losses.
