The labels will be pre-printed with your customers name and address you supply to me


As you can imagine, you will be saving BIG money on your weekly postage

I would be cautious of this offer, especially considering this sellers other businesses are selling accounts, which itself has a high instance of fraud. There is a distinct possibility these labels are charged to other people's accounts. Depending on what service is used, it can in fact be redirected. That said I have seen legitimate versions of this service selling postage, but I would suggest caution and not risk too much value here until this user has built up a history.

You can't do that with Royal Mail, so that can't be the plan. I think OP is just carding these and sell them at a discount.

The fact he isn't willing to give up his personal information indicates that the method is illegal. I'm not willing to take that risk.

These rates are better than the best volume discounts RM provides, and I assume OP must be making a profit still. This means he must be getting them for around 25% of the cost or even free.

I can presume that OP has access to a RM label printer or knows someone that works in a mailroom with time on their hand and willing to make a few extra cash.

Someone is definitely paying for them, but not the OP or his friend.

Depending on your ethics, it does not appear to be a scam, just a middle man cutting a few slices from another business who trusts their employees.

AFTER I GOT THE ACCOUNT AND USING IT FOR A MONTH HE USED THE PHONE NUMBER TO RESET THE PASSWORD

It's about the account sale, not the post thing.
If the post thing was a scam, OP would just reroute the shipping somewhere he could pick it up since he had the data needed to do that.

I have never sold any postage labels to that user

If you read, his message is about some kind of paypal problem

I do not even sell $500 worth of labels at time

My labels are for small items, so will never cost $500
