The mistake lies on both sides here. The site messed up by not closing your account immediately while you messed up by not controlling your addiction. Seems like they don't have a proper self-exclusion system in place.

That's why I just want to clarify what really was the problem as this is the ANN thread of a casino, we don't want to see some newbies trying to ruin it just because they were addicted in gambling and the site was delayed in closing them. I was also addicted before but it has not come this worst that I have to blame the casino for my mistakes.

i'm sure they would say i asked live chat to 'perminently close my account' and not self exclude, but no, no cooling off period. You are told by support to go to a 'request self exclusion button' which then takes 4 days to take effect during which you can click a button and use your account. I went back to support after seeing the four days asking for it to be done now, they said no.

I mean, what's the reason for locking an account if you will just gamble anyway, just withdraw it and be back later. After all the control is yours, the biggest sin a casino would do is if they'll freeze your funds and will not allow you to withdraw, this thing seems not really a problem for most gamblers.

Please avoid this bookmaker, they have ruined me. Their self exclusion scheme is waiting 4 days and you can log in anytime and just turn that off. They dont have any responsible gambling like their company advertises. They don't respond to complaints and they prey upon the vulnerable. Sorry guys if this is wrong forum, I'm just frustrated and down and out. I am now seeking counselling and trying to move forward again, and work on paying off my debt. I bet at sportsbet.one for a week from apr25, deposited 0.92 eth and withdrew 1.52 eth sucessfully.

Then had 3 pending bets left when they cut my account limits, they didn't settle them after 2 days of the result and after speaking with live support they told me they were having some issues. and would settle everything within 10 days..

another week after that conversation, they have now cancelled all 3 of my won bets, not returned the stake to my balance. basically just stolen the money, here's the cancelled bets:

they then accused me on live support of various vague things:
- bets are made by a group of clients acting in a coalition to bypass the restrictions established by the betting company;
- the client is suspected of using any software that automates the process of setting bets;
- the client uses the game account to play in arbitration situations;
- the client abuses the loyalty programs.

I have done none of these things, more than happy for them to come to this thread and provide what 'proof' they have of me breaking their terms and conditions, I will post my entire bet history below:

Make the new account (with a throw away email) , take the 1000$ bonus, withdraw it (if possible). Change the password to something you definitely won't remember and log out. Also delete the throw away email.
Repeat this with you other account.
That way you can't log in anymore and also can't recover the account since you don't have the email. Easy solution for this.

And with the 1000$, get some help for your addiction. I know I make it sound easier than it is but for the self exclusion that's a great way to get rid of your account there.

Hmm, same story, different day, different casino. A lot of sites accuse of multi accounting, group betting and or using software. That's a common occurrence recently.
Bad thing though, they never show any evidence and they only bring this argument once you win some and try to withdraw profits. When you are down and lose they have no problem with you.

He explained on his last post on his scam accusation thread that he is not looking for a way to get compensated [or to get his account locked for good, not anymore], he's simply trying to bring into awareness of how their platform violated the responsible gambling act by persuading him to keep playing in spite of his request [proven by their chat log].

Though the chat log is a copy-and-paste of his conversation instead of screenshot, which can be more easily manipulated, I'd like to think that his statement held some truth.
